Easy setup process and superb UX/UI. The setup was a breeze – intuitive steps guides the admin user through the configuration: the system was up and running in no time. The user-friendliness is a huge advantage, saving precious time from back-office perspective and ensuring quick onboarding time to end users.It's evident that Nibol team understands the importance of a user-centric design, and it truly enhances our workspace management process.

Cons

If there's one aspect that could use a bit of improvement, it's the map zoom feature during desk selection. While the map interface is generally helpful, the zooming functionality could be smoother and the way pins can be selected may be improved. Anyway, this represents a minor drawback in the grand scheme of things, and it hasn't significantly impacted the overall satisfaction with the product.

### "My Nibol experience"

Pros

Nibol has a simple and intuitive UI to book desk space. It makes it simple, almost fun, to find a place every day. If I don't want to deal with it, I can also book for an entire month in advance.

Cons

Short session duration, that is, I often have to log in again from the iPhone app or the browser. We recently onboarded SSO with passkeys, which makes the experience tolerable, but it would be nicer to just be logged in in the morning when I have to check-in.

Il problema principale che Nobol ha risolto è quello della pianificazione delle presenze che ci ha consentito una riduzione degli spazi in funzione dell'utilizzo dello smartworking molto esteso

Pros

Prenotazione semplificata delle PDL e dei posti auto, controllo di presenza dei collaboratori. L'applicazione è molto semplice da usare soprattutto con le nuove versioni del prodotto

Cons

Mancanza di report e statistiche, mancanza di una dashboard amministrativa real time, possibilità di inserire attributi aggiuntivi ai members ad uso aziendale (al posto operatore potrebbe essere utile sapere se un determinato collaboratore è in azienda oppure no e avere a disposizione altre info necessarie a sostenere la conversazione come ad esempio recapito telefonico alternativo)

Il vantaggio principale di Nibol, a mio modo di vedere, è il supporto rapido e preciso, oltre che molto disponibile.

Pros

Molto semplice da configurare, può essere implementato in poche ore e si integra immediatamente con l'organizzazione aziendale. Possibilità di utilizzarlo tramite smartphone o browser.

Cons

Da migliorare la gestione di gruppi e configurazioni fuori standard

Consiglio a tutte le aziende che hanno necessità di avere un'applicazione per prenotare le postazioni e gestire meeting room, area macchine aziendali. O che vogliono offrire al personale più spazi di co working Davvero semplice e super intuitiva.

Facile da usare e super intuitiva. Abbiamo impiegato pochissimo tempo per l'implementazione

Dell’applicazione mi è piaciuta la semplicità d’uso e ricerca delle postazioni. Molto utile anche la possibilità di poter cercare un collega per poter prenotare nella stessa area.

Cons

La scelta di limitare il periodo di prenotazioni a sole due sole settimane, avrei preferito per tutto il mese.

Molto utile per prenotare postazioni, ad esempio in un contesto di clean desk policy.

Cons

Potrebbe aggiungere qualche feature legata in generale all'organizzazione del lavoro, ad esempio dare la possibilità, in una situazione di smart working mezza giornata e permesso mezza giornata, poterlo mettere in evidenza. Ora questa possibilità c'è solo in caso di prenotazione di una postazione fisica.
