Il problema principale che Nobol ha risolto è quello della pianificazione delle presenze che ci ha consentito una riduzione degli spazi in funzione dell'utilizzo dello smartworking molto esteso

Pros

Prenotazione semplificata delle PDL e dei posti auto, controllo di presenza dei collaboratori. L'applicazione è molto semplice da usare soprattutto con le nuove versioni del prodotto

Cons

Mancanza di report e statistiche, mancanza di una dashboard amministrativa real time, possibilità di inserire attributi aggiuntivi ai members ad uso aziendale (al posto operatore potrebbe essere utile sapere se un determinato collaboratore è in azienda oppure no e avere a disposizione altre info necessarie a sostenere la conversazione come ad esempio recapito telefonico alternativo)

ottima ed estremamente utile. Può essere un software da utilizzare in modo molto basilare ma anche in modo molto complesso. Adatto a diverse realtà sia piccole che molto più ampie.Sicuramente da migliorare la parte di reportistica.

Pros

prenotazione postazioni semplice e facile, notifiche di memo per il check in utili per evitare overbooking non reali, possibilità di prenotare anche per altre persone non dipendenti come inviti, prenotazione sale come calendario effettivo di una sala.

Cons

reportistica un po' basilare e di difficile reperimento.

Nibol ci ha permesso di poter gestire la prenotazione dei desk con estrema semplicità e di facilitare la gestione del lavoro ibrido all'interno della nostra realtà aziendale. E' nostra intenzione inoltre ampliare l'utilizzo della piattaforma anche ad altre funzionalità quali la prenotazione delle sale riunioni e dei posti auto. L'ho trovato molto semplice anche a livello di configurazione lato admin; servizio di assistenza/support sempre disponibile e con tempi brevissimi.

Cons

Non abbiamo riscontrato particolari inconvenienti durante il primo setup o l'utilizzo generale.

Easy setup process and superb UX/UI. The setup was a breeze – intuitive steps guides the admin user through the configuration: the system was up and running in no time. The user-friendliness is a huge advantage, saving precious time from back-office perspective and ensuring quick onboarding time to end users.It's evident that Nibol team understands the importance of a user-centric design, and it truly enhances our workspace management process.

Cons

If there's one aspect that could use a bit of improvement, it's the map zoom feature during desk selection. While the map interface is generally helpful, the zooming functionality could be smoother and the way pins can be selected may be improved. Anyway, this represents a minor drawback in the grand scheme of things, and it hasn't significantly impacted the overall satisfaction with the product.

L'adozione di Nibol é stata fondamentale per poter procedere con la riapertura post Covid. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che abbiamo deciso di tenerlo anche quando non era più indispensabile per la corretta applicazione delle linee guida relative al Covid.

Pros

Nibol é molto semplice da utilizzare e il setup lato admin é estremamente intuitivo. Ci sono molti parametri cui fare riferimento per rendere l'esperienza di utilizzo il più personalizzata possibile e adatta all'utilizzo che se ne deve fare e ai processi aziendali interni.

Cons

Tutte le modifiche o miglioramenti che abbiamo chiesto sono stati implementati rapidamente.

nel complesso ci stiamo trovando bene con il tool, il vero valore aggiunto deriva dal supporto delle persone che lo stanno sviluppando e che sono sempre disponibili per chiarimenti e migliorie

la gestione delle postazioni è semplice, l'interfaccia, sia app che web è molto ben studiata, e il supporto del nostro referente è sempre stato rapido ed efficace

Cons

l'infrastruttura non è ancora stabile, ci sono stati nello scorso anno diversi problemi con la directory degli utenti che ha causato problemi in fase di reportistica
