Pros

App molto utile e intuitiva per prenotare le postazioni in ufficio vedendole chiaramente sulla mappa. Comoda anche la funzionalità di check in.

Cons

Per l'uso che ne abbiamo fatto in azienda, non ho riscontrato inconvenienti.

Mi trovo bene e credo sia molto utile per chi, come me, non è in ufficio tutti i giorni.

Pros

Posso vedere presenze e postazioni, prenotandoli mio spot in base ai colleghi che preferisco :)

Cons

Non sono super fan delle planimetrie usate,e forse l’homepage potrebbe essere più interessante ed engaging.Ci tengo comunque a precisare che non sono malfunzionamenti ma questioni estetiche e molto soggettive

L'esperienza di per se è ottima, assistenza tecnica veloce e competente, l'interfaccia commerciale inoltre è sempre sul pezzo.Alcuni aspetti e funzionalità possono essere migliorati ma nulla che rappresenti un blocking point.

Pros

Il SW si presta modo bene all'utilizzo da parte degli utenti, è snello e funzionale.

Cons

Supportando mappe in formato jpg ho la sensazione che l'interfaccia grafica di prenotazione ne risenta.Sarebbe inoltre utile poter personalizzare il SW.

La semplicità di creazione di uno spazio digitale: partendo da un xls molto semplice posso caricare una mappa della mia stanza e definire asset prenotabili. Tutto senza usare codice. App a cui non serve un IT dietro

Reporting. Da migliorare la parte di KPI e dashboard

Da amministratore apprezzo la semplicità e completezza dell'applicazione: si tratta di un sistema molto intuitivo sia nella configurazione che nell'utilizzo.La veste grafica è snella e la user experience è piacevole.

Cons

Ritengo possa essere importante ampliare le possibili integrazioni con i dispositivi hardware che solitamente possono trovarsi nelle aziende (per es. "bandiere fuori porta")
