Fees are only 0.4% vs 1% on other gateways, and USDT TRC20 withdrawals hit my wallet in under 10 minutes. No KYC needed for crypto withdrawals which is a huge plus. Support replied to my ticket in 18hrs when I had 1 issue. Only downside: you can’t withdraw straight to M-Pesa, so I P2P the USDT. Overall best crypto payment processor I’ve used for my digital products. Pros What I liked most about Cryptomus is how low the fees are and how fast the payouts are. I’m using it to accept payments for MT5 EAs, and at just 0.4% per transaction I keep way more profit compared to PayPal or other crypto gateways that charge 1%+. USDT TRC20 withdrawals usually hit my wallet in under 10 minutes, so I don’t have to wait days for client money to clear. I also appreciate that there’s no forced KYC for crypto withdrawals, which makes it easy to get started and move funds quickly without extra verification steps. Cons The main cons of Cryptomus are support and cashout options. There’s no live chat, so when I had an issue it took about 18 hours to get a reply through tickets, which is stressful if funds are stuck. Also you can’t withdraw directly to M-Pesa or a bank, so I have to send USDT to Binance first then P2P it for Ksh. Plus they can freeze your account for security checks if you receive a large or “risky” payment, and they’ll ask for KYC before releasing it.
