They challenge themselves to do better at every event they support. And grow dynamically with their customers and their sector. Cons They are more expensive then other smaller ticketing platforms. Pros De service is de beste die ik tot nu toe al heb mogen ervaren. De site voor je ticketverkoop is makkelijk in gebruik en heel overzichtelijk. Je kan alles personaliseren naar wens en je kan gaandeweg aanpassingen maken om alles zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen. EventSquare geeft echt om de klant. Whether you’re facing a technical issue or just need advice on how to configure a specific feature, you’ll always receive quick and helpful assistance. That personal touch really makes a difference. Cons Setting up the platform for the first time does require some time and effort. Eventsquare comes packed with features, and it takes a little while to discover and fully leverage all the options. Creating new events is super easy and efficient, and their customer support team is always ready to help us out. Cons In some aspects, EventSquare is too focused on the context of festivals. It can improve its layouts and flows to better fit the concert organisations too. The website is clean, simple to use yet still has all features you'd want as an event organiser. Pros The people of EventSquare go for a nice personal approach. When you need some help you get to the right person straight away and problems get resolved. Cons Overall very good experience. Many years ago when the company was smaller and there was the covid-ticket mania (10k+ people trying to reach the servers at the same time) there was some serverissues but the people of EventSquare were live on it. Solved it straight away on that moment, we had a fair agreement afterwords and it never happened again in the future. This is how a company should be and act in my point of view.
