It is the only solution we have found that actually works. Of course you have to make sure you are offering your customer something of value in return but it is well worth it! Cons It was a little confusing to setup but their customer support is A+. Just ask for the help and you will get it. We got everything set up ourselves, and once you get the hang of it, it's a piece of cake. Excited to rack up more reviews for our business! Cons The wording was a bit confusing with terms like survey, giveaway etc. and for some reason, they didn't seem to match the content at first. It took some time to figure out what can be edited where, but you'll get the hang of it pretty fast, so it's not a big deal.
