They are easy to use and can be performed on whatever the size of the data or engagement. Cons At the moment the product has surpassed my expectations and I do not have any reservations. I think if the mactching functionality can be improved to be more dynamic there will be an amazing leap forward. Cons I did not like that some standard excel shortcuts do not integrate with data snipper and that i have to use the delete snip functionality to remove object. Massive leg up from doing things manually. Great software to use. Pros The text recognition feature is really good. Cons Customization is less, I would like to be able to choose the font of the input.For Tables, only 1 cell is linked to the source document, I would like for that to be the full table (so anywhere I click on the table, I am able to view the source file). Also, would LOVE the ability to link cells to documents manually.There should also be a default option to keep the data snipper window closed until required when a file is opened. This is critical when I review audit workpapers prepared by my staff. By this function, I don’t need to search tickmarks put in the evidence documents.Also, DataSnipper is intuitive to use, so it's easy to teach staff how to use it. Cons Table Snip is a powerful feature, but I think it could be better.If there is an option like Text snip that can indicate where the numbers and strings are coming from, work efficiency will be greatly improved. Pros Data snipper helped avoid manually entering data and it reduced the time to 1/10th of what it took originally and also eliminate any human errors.
