" January 4, 2023 4.0 In our process of payments to suppliers, we used to manually match every invoice to the total payment. The software does it automatically. The technical support team was available to us and found solutions to all the problems that arose. Pros Streamlines our internal checks, prevents mistakes in payments and saves us a lot of time. Text snip is definitely my favourite feature. Cons I'm not sure if this feature exists and I'm perhaps not just aware of it but I dislike the fact that you can't change the formatting of the item you're pasting to make it suit the destination formatting. The export of the PY comparison checker is a lot more useful. The casting of sums is also inconsistent. Sometimes it does not recognise columns with totals casted sideways across the page.
