There was a glitch in their software that extended paid features. They removed them without notifying us. Pros It has an extensive array of powerful and sophisticated form features that are not commonly found in other competing products on the market. Cons They consistently fail to implement the feedback that you provide to them, and they do not offer good customer service or support to their clients. If you want to use a quiz feature for authentic marketing, you might consider using Wordpress with paid plugins. But it's a bit annoying when it comes to quickly delivering an attractive feature to your audience. If it costs you time after you've got a great idea, your motivation will disappear. Fillout solves this kind of problems. Pros \- Great user interface/experience, especially on mobile - Quiz is very easy to design and implement - Voice form is cool when you use it with AI feature - Updating Airtable records much easier with Fillout - Customer/Tech support team is really nice (I love them!) Cons This is not directly related to Fillout itself, but I'd like to include it: Integration with Make can be a bit confusing. The default Fillout module for Make called "Watch New Responses" is very useful if you want to quickly connect Fillout to Make, but it's hard to use Keys to process data. But Fillout provides a webhook feature by default and this feature solves the issue. Switched from [Airtable](https://www.capterra.com/p/146652/Airtable/) Airtable Form and Tally.so are also very attractive form solutions, but Fillout suits me in terms of mobile experience and easy integration. Making it easy is the best way to nudge people to get things done, but Fillout not only makes things easier, but also gives us a lot of features like voice form, quiz and logic. My experience with this tool is excellent. Pros Fillout very easy drag and drop form builder and automation. I mostly like Time. Rating and Ranking blocks panel. Location coordinates, opinion scale, and signature are very unique features of Fillout. I also like the user interface and themes of this tool. Its integration and API are very good too.
