More I use the more I am liking. The customer service is amazing. Any query a quick response received, easy to have a Teams meeting and share screen

Pros

Easy to use once completed a couple of CV's and understand how the different functions work. Love being able to add the cover sheet at a later time to a CV already formatted. Easy to download in to word.Looks professional when presented to clientGets easier to use as you gain experience

Cons

The skills / qualification section, however this is due to candidates personalised formatting. Way round this is using the flexible format for the skills area.Education / qualification fields need to decide if the text area is required as leaves gaps between each event that then need tidying up in word if being presented.

I think it is absolutely brilliant and saves me so much time in my job!

Pros

All sorter is a great product that I use every day to convert candidate CVs into a branded and uniformed CV that I represent to all of my clients

Cons

It can sometimes struggle to reformat a resume that includes pictures/borders

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] is always so prompt in assisting. I had an issue and as soon as I mentioned it to her she was so onto it! Calling me and then following up with a meeting to ensure my issue was resolved (in which is was) it’s always great to know you can send an email and get a reply almost instantly with \[sensitive content hidden\]

Cons

When you move experiences in order (dragging and dropping) sometimes it bounces back. Same with typing, sometimes you type and save and it bounces back and gets rid of what has been typed

Pros

The system is user-friendly. It is good at detecting and listing skills in resumes if there is not a specific list. It also makes it easy to rearrange the candidate's experience out of chronological order if necessary.

Cons

Occasionally the system can be a little "buggy." Since the most recent update many of these issues have been resolved, particularly with listing dates for the experience accurately.

I think I've experienced some of the best customer support from Sarune at Allsorter that any other software I've used.

Pros

It makes CV formatting so much quicker than it used to be

Cons

There are few glitches, but customer support are always on hand with a solution.

### "Easy Program to Use! "

Pros

Allsorter is incredibly easy to use, it should be everyone's go to for formatting Resumes. It pulls all of the data across and you only need to make a couple of amendments as you see fit. The customer service and support is great as well, \[sensitive content hidden\] is our contact and helps make the process as easy as possible.

Cons

There isn't really anything you can't like about Allsorter, it's easy to use and very efficient.

Pros

Allsorter not only has a unique tool, the team supporting it is fantastic. We have received very quick response and action any time there has been a question or issue. The implementation happened within days. We've looked at many resume formatting tools, and this is the only one we found that streamlined work rather than added work.

Cons

The latest UI rollout hasn't been quite as smooth. But they have taken feedback and quickly addressed that.

I reviewed Allsorter when it was first launched and again earlier this year. The product has improved in multiple ways and was a very sound investment decision for our business.

Pros

It saves a lot of time with word and PDF documents. I like the CV coversheet look and feel.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike about the platform.

The customer service is excellent - very responsive.

Pros

Allsorter is very intuitive and has some great features. It extracts the relevant information from the original CV and puts them into the correct format. It does speed up the whole process of reformatting.

Cons

The integration was very easy, there were a few minor tweaks to be made but this was easily remedied after a conversation with Allsorter.

I found \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team to be very fast when bring any queries and actioning anything we needed

Cons

Some of the plug ins with Bullhorn are slow but this isn't Allsorters issues

Switched from

[Bullhorn ATS & CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/140531/Bullhorn-Recruiting-Software/)

wasn't easy to use and make CV's actually look good

Allsorter does speed up the process of covering a well laid out CV very quickly and the addition of a coversheet is a great feature.

Whenever it works, it makes formatting resumes much more streamlined. However, it only works half the time and is very picky about the resumes that it will actually format correctly.

Pros

The ease of being able to format / export a resume

Cons

It only chooses to do what it's supposed to do maybe 40-50% of the time.
