I have really enjoyed the SPRY experience from beginning to end. The product has been amazing and they keep adding to this amazing experience I recommend SPRY to every clinic we have spoken to and even mention it to our franchise owners all the time how great the product is!

Pros

I like that SPRY allows ease of use and has been always updating and making things easier for us as a clinic. They have always made attempts to help us not only grow our clinic but also making everything connected and streamlined. SPRY has helped us with billing and making it so easy to understand and are always checking and making sure everything is taken care of for billing and authorization. SPRY has also helped us create custom templates for our massage therapist making it easier on all in the clinic. We also love that SPRY support is always fast and ready at anytime of day.

Cons

I don't have really any cons with SPRY its always up and ready I would say maybe 3 times in a year the system went down but was back up in 5 mins which is still faster than EMR we have used in the past.

Switched from

[WebPT](https://www.capterra.com/p/92920/WebPT/)

We switched due to Webpt not having any of the features that SPRY had also Webpt kept crashing and not allowing therapist to finish notes which caused alot of dealyes and also made therapist want to leave due to the system not beinf user friendly.

The primary strength of the platform lies in its balance of speed and customizability. The documentation interface is clean and uncluttered, eliminating much of the tedious clicking typically required for SOAP notes. Features like smart charting and built-in AI tools make finishing notes after sessions far faster, keeping paperwork from spilling over into personal time. Having intake, insurance eligibility checks, and billing integrated directly into the clinical workflow also removes a lot of the usual operational friction. Beyond the software itself, SPRY’s customer support is standout—their team is remarkably fast, highly responsive, and willing to tailor features or templates to match specific practice workflows rather than forcing a rigid system on you.

Pros

What really stands out about SPRY is just how easy it is to navigate every single day. Therapy documentation usually feels like a massive chore, but their platform streamlines the charting process so you can finish your notes faster and get back to what actually matters—focusing on your patients. On top of the smooth interface, their customer support is hands-down some of the best in the business. Whenever you run into an issue or need something tweaked for your specific workflow, their team jumps in with fast, personalized help instead of pushing off generic automated responses. You really feel like they care about keeping your day running without a hitch.

Cons

While the platform works well on desktop and standard tablet setups, navigating certain detailed billing or comprehensive charting tools on smaller mobile screens can feel slightly constrained compared to the desktop experience.

I had a great onboarding experience and they really hustled to get it done quicker than needed because i already had patients ready. The documentation is great and RCM has improved after talking to someone about it.

Pros

SPRY is a good EMR system for documentation. They are very advanced in AI. I am able to get my documentation daily quickly and it saves me time.

Cons

If you use them RCM, you will always have to check for denial and issues and really stay on top of it because things are missed which adds more work for me.

Overall experience has been fantastic from the onboarding all the way through maintaining connection after going live. Any question or problem I have, they fix immediately or let me know what they need from me in order to solve it.

Pros

The support team was there to solve any and all problems that came up from onboarding to continuing usage of the product. The software itself is extremely user friendly with a high level of organization and usability. SPRY provides you with a full platform to run your practice while not having to worry about missing out on any information.

Cons

There was nothing that I have come up with during the time I have been with SPRY that was not a great experience.

It has been a positive experience. It is easy to use and the support from their team has been phenomenal. They frequently ask questions about how they can improve the software and experience.

Pros

This software has cut down on documentation time. I am utilizing the AI listener for both conversations and quick dictations. This allows me to make much more detailed notes than I previously made.

Cons

Overall, very pleased with the software. The schedule could use some tweaking to allow easier scheduling.

It started off rough and became progressively better. So far, we are satified with the experience.

Pros

Transparency in all aspects of the program; easy of use; willingness to work with customers. The use of the Spry program is becoming more fluid.

Cons

Lacks proper training instruction. In the beginning we learned more from fixing our mistakes then we got from training.

It was been absolutely great. I switched from Simple Practice and it has been night and day difference. I am much less stressed doing clinic tasks and am able to put more focus into my patients.

Pros

\- Ease of communication with their employees for help - RCM services making claim submissions so much easier - Much more efficient in my daily clinic tasks (scheduling, billing, documentation) - Smooth onboarding process

Cons

NA - I have nothing bad to say about SPRY as every system takes time to learn the ins and outs. Now that I have been using it for 4 months and have learned how to navigate everything it is going great.

Our clinic has been using Spry for over a year, and Spry’s interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the AI‑assisted features genuinely improve productivity. Customer support is responsive and helpful, and updates are frequent, showing ongoing product improvement. The overall functionality, speed, and workflow efficiency make Spry a reliable and effective EMR solution.

Pros

I like the fact that I can customize the EMR to meet the requirements of our clinics. Amazing scheduling system, easy to use, very affordable, amazing customer support.

Cons

Many of the reports that I need are not part of the system. There is still room for enhancement—particularly in customization options for different reports and KPIs.

Very positive experience switching from another EMR system. The AI integration has cut down on my documentation time considerably.

Pros

AI integration directly into the documentation system has been tremendous. Also the rapid resolution of the support team for any issues.

Cons

Decent learning curve due to in depth systems. AI was not as useful at first as it is now. this had made improvement nicely.
