Pros

  • Overall, we trust them and know they seem to really care about our business's success and us as business owners, and we enjoy working with them.

  • Ease of use, documentation flow very easy to navigate, strong billing, and prompt communication with excellent customer service from the Spry team.

  • I have been very happy with SPRY. The customer service and interaction with the SPRY staff have always been productive and I feel they have my clinic's best interest in mind.

  • They are responsive, eager to help, and genuinely interested in making sure their system meets the needs of their clients.

Cons

  • I would like a way for patients to be warned regarding expiring authorizations and not be able to schedule out past their current auth in their chart to prevent any missed tasks.

  • Poor loading speed requiring consistent refreshing of page to make schedule appear.

  • Spry runs through updates frequently which does confuse me from time-to-time.

  • There are a few key features currently missing that would significantly enhance its utility from a practice management perspective.

"Spry Review"

Overall: Overall positive - whenever there are any issues, Spry is quick to acknowledge the issue and then address it.

Pros: Ease of use; ability to document, collect copayment and verify insurance in one system

Cons: Poor loading speed requiring consistent refreshing of page to make schedule appear.

"Spry is helping simplify our work "

Overall: Mostly very positive experience that has helped simplify many day to day tasks.

Pros: Automated many of the day to day processes of my job

Cons: Crashes occasionally and take a while to load.

"Good choice for free-text typing"

Overall: Overall, good. Easy to learn and get used to with time

Pros: Ease of templates, plenty of free-text typing, not click-boxes

Cons: Has some glitches like creating a new case when you type a patients name in to schedule them

"Tech-forward company prioritizing PT-specific EMR solutions "

Overall: Our overall experience with Spry has been positive. They are solution-oriented and constantly working to improve their system to meet the continual needs of our field.

Pros: The Spry team has been incredibly receptive and devoted to solving the major problems that we had with our previous EMR. They communicate well, and make it feel as though their entire team is available at any time to assist with requests, questions, or concerns. The system is very user-friendly, and has improved efficiency across our front desk, clinical, and billing staff. Data migration and integration was painless and accurate. They are constantly working to take feeback from customers and frequently coming out with both new and improved features. We are very satisfied with our switch to Spry.

Cons: Spry has been very receptive to our customization requests. However, sometimes the customizations take a few days and a few trials to perfect. We also had some minor hiccups with integrations such as scanning and faxing at first, but they were resolved quickly. Overall, any issues we've come across, Spry has been diligent in fixing.

"Easy and efficient"

Overall: Easy and efficient! I am able to get my documentation done faster, have everything I need for one patient all in their profile.

Pros: Makes documentation more efficient and less time consuming.

Cons: Some billing errors. Spry team is currently diligently working to improve the billing and authorization process for insurances.
