The customer service is phenomenal. There is great attention to detail and prompt resolution of any problems.

Pros

The system is simple and easy to use. The documentation interface is clean. I like the integration of billing and EMR with a two interface.

Nothing at the moment. I do not have anything negative to say. I believe the company is doing an exceptional job.

He looks at all communication even messages not direct to him that involves my company just to be knowledgeable and prepared. Just high quality in many aspects from a human aspect also. Appreciate the care and realness of everyone who helps in this well run company with great leadership of many intelligent teams but also with great character of the people who they hire.

Pros

The customer service reaction time, attention & accuracy. It's like someone else working for and with me. They are knowledgeable and aim to assist or create ideas to improve any area before being asked to do so. They provide the spark if you want to take their ideas and put to action or meet you where you want to be.

Cons

Although the AI section is exceptional for the note I'd like the entire SOAP note including interventions to accept AI vs freehand.

Rough start, however, getting smoother as we go. Still ironing out the bumps but overall significantly improved from the start.

Pros

The attentiveness of staff has been great while we work through the initial bumps. The AI is very helpful and has streamlined our documentation.

Cons

The software and team did not appear prepared for clinical rules, such as certain documentation guidelines. Once speaking with their on-staff Physical Therapist, she was able to clear up some of these concerns and teach the team what is appropriate. However, we still run into challenges to today.

The integration of documentation and billing, along with the option for them to handle billing, has been very convenient. Customer support has been excellent, consistently providing helpful assistance. The weekly billing meeting help with communication on challenging claims. The new Customer success manager gives us a point person to reach out to with questions regarding software changes and follow up on other issues. They are always making improvements and releasing updates. The thoroughness and user-friendly design of the documentation process, especially with the use of AI Scribe, has made completing clinical notes much faster and easier. The efax AI reader make creating and scheduling new patients quick and easy. Therapists are easily able to schedule their clients for future appointments right from their treatment rooms.

Cons

When reviewing the AR and Patient collection reports, it is not straightforward to access the Charge ID in order to view the ERA or claim history, or to navigate to the billing section of the patient account. Currently, I have to exit the report, go to the patient tab, search for the patient, then open the billing tab within the patient account, and finally click on the Charge ID to find the information I need.

Spry has been the best EMR experience I’ve had as a physical therapist. The platform is clean, intuitive, and flexible enough to handle the unique needs of a cash-based practice. What really sets Spry apart is the level of attention and detail their team brings. Any time I’ve needed help with customization or workflow changes, they’ve been incredibly responsive and willing to work with me to get things exactly how I need them. Snehal, my customer success manager, has been phenomenal from day one. She listens, communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Having someone that reliable and invested in my success has made a massive difference. If you're considering an EMR that actually supports the way you practice, Spry is the one. Highly recommend.

It would be nice to be able to make changes to the EMR structure myself like some other EMR companies, but I believe this update is in the works.

Pros

I utilize Spry for my Physical Therapy practice and have found the platform and the customer support to be some of the best I've ever experienced. They are consistently updating the user interface based on user feedback to make use more streamlined, they make custom adjustments in a timely manner for my practice, and respond to queries within 24 hours most of the time and get to work on the things that need work. They handle all my billing needs in a timely manner and have helped me get credentialed with other insurances. As a small practice working 2 days a week in the my clinic, they make use of their full suite of AI and Documntation options affordable and worthwhile. This has helped me scale my business, increase profits with less admin time from me.

Cons

There isn't much that I don't like about Spry, to be honest. Some of the AI features of the documentation have bugs but they have mostly worked them out, as it is an evolving product.

Our overall experience with Spry has been positive. They are solution-oriented and constantly working to improve their system to meet the continual needs of our field.

Pros

The Spry team has been incredibly receptive and devoted to solving the major problems that we had with our previous EMR. They communicate well, and make it feel as though their entire team is available at any time to assist with requests, questions, or concerns. The system is very user-friendly, and has improved efficiency across our front desk, clinical, and billing staff. Data migration and integration was painless and accurate. They are constantly working to take feeback from customers and frequently coming out with both new and improved features. We are very satisfied with our switch to Spry.

Cons

Spry has been very receptive to our customization requests. However, sometimes the customizations take a few days and a few trials to perfect. We also had some minor hiccups with integrations such as scanning and faxing at first, but they were resolved quickly. Overall, any issues we've come across, Spry has been diligent in fixing.

I really like that Spry listens to it's clients and makes changes based on what works in the clinical setting. We have had a great experience with changes being made that improve our clinician and patient experience and also increase efficiency. The transparency with billing and other key metrics has been really helpful in making decisions as a clinic owner.

Cons

Spry is still improving and working on weeding out the bugs in the system. We knew this going in, and it hasn't been a barrier to us using the system or enjoying the system. With a constantly evolving product, this is expected.

There was a tremendous need for efficiency within this space and SPRY has found the gaps and is working to correct them. There was too much time spent on paper trails and back and forth between insurance verifications, autorizations, responding to rejections/denials from front office. SPRY has worked at making these processes more effective and efficien thru the digital space. From the owner side, we are quickly able to check real time data and see where our claims are and what our clinics overall health looks like. We are getting our reimbursements quicker and noticing an improved cash flow as a result of their processes.

Pros

Integration of all apects of practice management including EMR/Billing/HEP. We have noticed in increased productivity, efficiency, and an improved cash flow with the use of Spry. Our claims are being processed quicker and our reimbursments have improved. The system has allowed us to better track denials/rejections/and incomplete data allowing us to better monitor our clinics real time data. We were able to easily implement the system into our clinics with no lag and it has been tremendously use friendly.

Cons

The EMR is still ironing out its kinks and we are eagaly awating some more features from the AI component.

I like how it automatically saves work so less need to restart work. Also blends scheduling and documentation seamlessly into 1 platform.

Cons

Can be slow to load objective measures sometimes and clicking between them closes other boxes which can slow down charting a bit.

The only part of the experience that has been positive is the EMR use. I would seriously caution anyone from using the prior authorization or billing services. The experience with those teams has been extremely frustrating, sapping money and time from our business.

Pros

The EMR software works well and is routinely updated and improved upon. It is intuitive to learn and use.

Cons

The billing services they provide have been dismal. We have lost thousands of dollars due to improperly submitted claims. We monitored billing closely and reached out routinely, to request corrections and timely billing. Unfortunately, this was often met with unkept promises that resulted in denials that could not be appealed in quite a few cases. We have since discontinued our the billing services with them and have yet to receive any recompence for the lost revenues caused by repeated incompetence by their billing team. In addition to the billing complications, we have had multiple partners from various payers reach out and say that they were treated very rudely by the prior authorization and billing teams. When we tried to find out who was responsible, we found that the team was using fake names to submit for prior authorization and billing. Thus we were unable to identify who was calling under our companies name and mistreating our partners.

I will state again that every person we have worked with at SPRY has been exceptionally professional, kind and patient. The products they provide are top shelf and highly effective. The option to create our own templates and modify the EMR is so unique. The billing team and auth team have made our cash flow much better than our prior system.

Pros

What I like most about SPRY is the SPRY employees who we have worked with. Very professional and accommodating and patient. Specifically, \[sensitive content hidden\] have been God sends.

Cons

Onboarding was confusing and we went live too soon. However, even though we had to work through several problems the SPRY team made the problem solving process good. Part of the difficulty of using the new EMR was not being fully prepared before we were using it in real time with patients. We have had to really watch our authorizations to make sure they are getting done but this is smoothing out

Overall, I would say that working with Spry has been a significant upgrade from our prior EMR service. The product is evolving rapidly and while I really like where we are at now in less than a year, I am more excited to see how it continues to evolve the next few years. As with any major switch, the transition can be challenging but at the end of the day I am very happy we made the move.

Pros

The main thing that I have enjoyed with Spry is the lack of add-on costs. With our prior provider, we would be hit with fees for text message reminders, AI integration, online scheduling, etc. With Spry, we are locked into a monthly fee that includes all of these extras. I've also enjoying working side by side with Spry as the AI integration has gradually evolved. It is exciting to see the frequency of updates/upgrades as you can tell the team is hard at work building and refining their product. I would also say that I've loved the customer service. Between a dedicated Slack channel as well as bi-weekly meetings, we've been able to refine our product to fit exactly what we want for our clinic.

Cons

The biggest con that I could say I have had with Spry is the glitches or bugs that come with the frequent upgrades. It is not unusual for a new feature to cause a few issues in other areas. The Spry team is quick to respond but I would expect this is typical of any company that is putting out updates as frequently as they are. The AI itself tends to take plenty of time to review/re-read to the point where it doesn't save quite as much time as I would like.

They are constantly improving the product which can be a challenge to get used to. We are still working on getting all forms setup for best and easiest documentation.

Pros

AI scribe to improve speed of documentation. full integration of billing, faxing, scheduling, documentation and HEP. they have quick response to any issues.

Cons

Onboarding was challenging for billing and overall setup. there is no pre-set platform so getting things setup was a challenge.

Overall, my experience with SPRY has been very positive. The platform has helped improve efficiency through its automation tools and AI features, while the active Slack community provides excellent support and communication. SPRY continues to evolve with new features and updates, making it a valuable solution for managing therapy practice operations and documentation.

Pros

What I liked most about SPRY was its strong focus on automation and efficiency. The AI-powered features helped streamline documentation and administrative tasks, saving valuable time throughout the day. I also found the Slack channel to be extremely helpful, as it provided quick access to support, updates, and collaboration with both the SPRY team and other users. Together, these features created a responsive and productive experience that made day-to-day operations much easier.

Cons

There were a few areas that could be improved, particularly with occasional system glitches and the learning curve associated with some of the more advanced features. While the platform is powerful, certain workflows could be more intuitive for new users. However, the support team was generally responsive and helpful when issues arose.
