I live outside the UK but the app doesn't accept foreign post codes. I was forced to give an address in the UK that is not mine! So much for reliable identity verification. It has poor user instructions and has dreadful navigation. This is the worst app I have used for years. Pros It's apparant ease of use. However, I did not choose it but was told to use it by my property agent. Cons Its apparant ease of use is a myth. Poor navigation, poor instructions, poor programming. No direct support or line - you have to go to the company that sent you the link, and because they are not specialists they cannot even begin to help. The app is very good and safe. Pros Recently I did identity verification with Credas. The process was smooth and clear, fast and also very easy. Cons Nothing, it does its job well. Once the process requested is done, the app can be deleted. If I would need it to verify my client's identity, I would use it for sure.
