I have had lots of questions. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been wonderful answering every question and going above and beyond to make our experience as easy as possible. The whole Divots team worked in a timely fashion this past June to inventory every item possible. So glad that we are using K12 Asset Pro. Pros I love K12 Asset Pro. This is an excellent tool to use to track inventory. The only process we had before using K12 Asset Pro was that I created an excel spreadsheet and had to do everything for inventory. It makes managing out assets much easier. Checking out chromebooks to students is SO much easier now. It's all very intuitive and much more modern feeling than some of the other software we use in the district. Their customer support team has been super responsive and great to work with as well. Pros Easy to learn, very intuitive, the whole district can use it, clean design. It made specifically for schools so it has everything we need already built in. Overall my biggest "pro" is that it's easy! Cons It's a new software I needed to learn, but it wasn't that hard and it's MUCH better than our old system.
