### "PhonePad has helped my business manage customers phone calls more efficiently"

We have enjoyed our experience with PhonePad; it has allowed my business to grow faster due to not losing messages and having “repeat callers”. Before PhonePad, we used to use a Word Document and before that paper phone messages that would have a lag time between when the message was written, and when the intended recipient would read it. The delay would sometimes be hours or days and therefore we would have upset “repeat callers” who might have already called 2 or 3 times more by the time the message was written which would cause chaos. In addition, only one person could use the Word Document at a time which meant that unsaved Word documents or scratch paper would have to be used resulting in lost messages. PhonePad eliminated all of these issues and allowed me and all of my employees to see any messages at any time with no restrictions.

Pros

Cons

The user interface is not a “modern” design theme so it can be a little hard to learn for new users to learn and understand.

### "PhonePad - a useful addition to a small office"

Good. The first installation takes a while, installing on a server and then on all work stations, but once that's completed it runs, as noted above, in the background and does exactly what it promises to do.

Pros

It functions quietly in the background and does exactly what I need it to do. That is, organize phone messages, allow responses, works easily across our internal network, and delivers what it promises to deliver.

Cons

It has a lot of bells and whistles I don't need, particularly the email integration. Maybe if I took the time to learn more about that I'd find it useful. For now I ignore them and just use what I need. Perhaps a bit of a scaled down version for smaller businesses would be appropriate.

Reason for choosing PhonePad

Price and having sufficient features for my needs but not so complex, and fully integrated \[or wanting to be fully integrated\] with every other program I use. I prefer a stand-alone option for phone message purposes. The "all in one" programs are too expensive and too complex for my needs. Overkill.

### "Simple and Effective!"

Generally, our experience with PhonePad is positive. We were having issues with the program spontaneously closing, but the quick response from the support team was great and it was discovered that we were simply running on an older version.

Pros

The simplicity is very effective, and the easy integration with our softwares is helpful. Usage is customizable to meet our firms needs.

Cons

The user interface is dated, and it would be great to have more functionality to track all communication with that client (e.g. the ability to track ALL communication including emails).

### "Great product for the cost"

Overall, everything is fine. Works as we hoped. BUT, on two of our PC's the notifications don't work. They are not notified of when they receive a message. They need to check their inbox often.

Pros

The ease of use, the cost was reasonable, the team at Phonepad was great in helping us get things up and running.

Cons

There are a couple small things that we have found dont work properly on some PC's we have here at our office.

Great program for your office, to have our client contact information and staff communication, all in one.

Pros

Great inter-office connection with staff and great resource for client contact information, along with receiving messages when away from your desk.

Cons

Would like to have more contact information on the "general" tab, like the address and all contact phone numbers, along with a notes/comments section. (I am aware that a "notes" tab is available.

We have had a great experience with phonepad and have been using it for several years. It really helps with communication as well as documenting messages - not to mention you can request a read receipt, knowing that you did send it and whether somebody had actually read your message or not - I call that my CYA feature. Phonepad has been very helpful over the years. I definitely would recommend it.

Pros

It streamlines the message taking process and eliminates the need for sticky note messages.

Cons

The only con is at the time difference for tech-support, but I’ve never really had an issue, so I guess that’s not really a problem. and when I’ve had the opportunity to upgrade or whatever you have been quick to respond and get things moving forward.

Pros

PhonePad is very intuitive. We love that it's easy to learn how to use and easy to teach others how to use, especially because we have a lot of short term employees.

Initially, we had a hard time using the search function. But once we figured it out, it became our favorite function.

Our experience with PhonePad and Cybercom Software has been amazing. They have great staff and fantastic software that speaks for itself as soon as you begin using it. It is such a joy to eliminate the need to chase around tiny pieces of paper and to eliminate the pink notes everywhere.

Pros

It's extremely easy to use and keeps all messages in one place. I love the ability to add follow up notes and to print out the messages if the need arises. I've always had fantastic customer service from the company any time I've had a question about PhonePad. We have been using PhonePad for many years and look forward to many more years with them.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything I do not like.

Far superior in number of abilities that PhonePad offered.

It has been the best tool to have for very little money. there is no annual payments it is a one time fee and we love how it helps our business.

Pros

I have been using Phone Pad for over 25 years in all of the dealers that I have worked at. It is the best way to manage call volume. It is truly a visual voice mail.

I love every part of this software., It is easy to use and it allows us to control the stress level caused by high call volumes at peak times.
