Great 100% I can recommend it to most small service businesses like mine. Which is a small side gig electron microscope milling machine service for the high-tech world.

Pros

Fast and easy to input and easy revise if needed and I do quite a lot of revising. Plus it holds all expenses for review and end of year taxes. Collect all your expenses to balance against your income!! Tax man will hate you!!!

Cons

Not much I don't like except Its not free. Just kidding its worth it!!!

Reason for choosing Invoice Fly

Cost wax a factor I was hoping for this product that records expenses, records a quote and sends out an invoice. BTW it tracks if paid or not. When paid I just send my customer a paid in full invoice notice. They love it!

I like different payment methods its Reliable and a good price!!

Cons

Payment collection is something that you definitely has to improve. You can add all the unpaid transactions in one to make easy to the user to make one payment instead re insert credit car by transtaction.

5/10, if the computer website lagging issues don’t get fixed I will not be renewing my subscription next year. Hope you can fix it

Simple to use, very good layout, invoices look very professional, also like how all my items save on the system which is great

Cons

Most times when I try to look through invoices on the computer, website lags out and I have to close screen. I noticed it gets worse the more invoices I have in my account, otherwise on the Mobile app it is fine

The simplicity of invoice fly, just how easy the app is to use . Very happy with my experience with invoice fly.

Cons

I really dont have anything negative about invoice fly. Its been just an overall great experience. Lots of other apps have alot to the page or the setup, sometimes simple is best and invoice fly is simply that. Simple and easy.

Overall, I am very glad I chose to obtain this app for my invoicing. It looks really well and has everything I need for the task.

Pros

I love that it is very versatile and the functionality is straight to the point. Very useful app for my business needs.

Cons

There’s only 1 thing i dislike; When it automatically saves an item to the item list Sometimes it’s just a one time type of job or special pricing Not a big deal but an option to save or not would be nice

Pros

It’s so easy to use, keeps track of all your invoicing, has reports and I can even invoice on the run with my phone!

Cons

I haven’t found anything that I didn’t like. I’d let you know. For my small business this app is perfect.

I am very happy with the functionality and the reliability.

Pros

The Invoice system that I have been using for more than 10 years stopped working with my iOS 18 upgrade. I found Invoice Fly and I took a chance. It is amazing! I love it! It’s easy to use it provides reporting and I haven’t had a single issue with it since I started using it.

Cons

So far, I haven’t had any issues using the app from my phone or from my computer. Technical Support was also very responsive when I had a question.

Overall a good experience. Easy to use and minimal room for error. 15 seconds to set up an invoice is very good

Pros

It is easy to send invoices and corrections if needed. Even a monkey could do it if it wanted to. 😀😀

Cons

Could be easier to access logomaking and make it similar to the one I already have instead of making new ones. I would like to have easier access to time to pay. If I am not careful it will be the same day.

4.5/5 the price is a little much to add logos and stuff and make less fields required, also I’m not sure if there is a setting to not have to change my GST % manually every time but that would be nice if it’s not an option, I have been using this app now for about 2 years or so

Pros

Awesome I can use my logo now and is pretty easy to use, and very professional/ convenient, slight improvements would make this app perfect. (Could also be user error.)

Cons

I find since the update now it now makes me put 2 fields per item/ description of work ex. (Title & description) it’s nice when that’s not mandatory sometimes and the pricing could be a bit better however it helps my business run smoother and way more professional, it’s nice being able to invoice from a mobile app!

I luv this app at times I am skeptical when purchasing something like this because it turns out to be difficult to use. This app has made running my business so much more efficient. Highly recommended!!!

Pros

Super easy to navigate this app is so user friendly. The designers did a really good job at creating this, it just makes sense!

Cons

Needs a way to send a group type SMS txt Message bit appears individually on customer end with business signature at the bottom similar to a NO REPLY message.

Pros

The app is user-friendly. It is very easy to generate invoices.

Cons

I am unable to generate down-payment invoices with a balance due option. I jave to generate the 50% payment invoice then manually go back and edit the invoice once the full payment has been received.
