This has been a fantastic transition from Procore as the software was developed by field men FOR field men. The system is simple and clear to use. This has enabled us to provide the correct information to the men on a project by project basis by simply providing the job # for each project.Customer service from the Corfix team has been amazing as well.Kudos to \[sensitive content hidden\]!

Pros

Project creation, site address, site contact information and Notes. Punch in and out feature for field crews. Project specific ease of tracking hours used.

Cons

Would love to see a scheduling app integrated into the software. Would make providing our crews with directions ahead of time incredibly easy.

Overall Corfix has been a great support to BB Gunn and we are happy to have this partnership. They truly make my suggestions feel welcomed and encouraged. I am excited to see where Corfix is heading in the future.

Pros

I love the customer support and their willingness to hear our companies concerns and suggestions. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been extremely helpful and eager to find answers if he doesn't have them.

Cons

Not a big con but since Corfix is still developing there are a few features can have some hiccups. Corfix support has been wonderful in helping us navigate through the small challenges.

I don't have any specific negative points to mention. Most limitations are minor and improve with familiarity overt time.

Pros

Loaded with choices. Ability to setup various accounts with different functions.

Cons

Not easy to follow or setup. Hard to navigate when compared to previous software we used. Not easy to look at when revising or even creating say templates. Guides can be better. For example, when you open a template, each line should explain what it is used for, etc..

In a few words, flexible, accommodating, and great service answering any questions or issues. Very Prompt.

Pros

Fast reliable service. Always an answer to your request within a timely manner. Understand that every client has their own way or wants from the app, easy to communicate with, Customization is greatly accepted and a very good trait.

Nothing really as any and all changes we wanted to make were done or will be done to suit our needs.

A beneficial tool for onsite maintenance and inspection needs. We use Corfix daily, and I now understand we have not been utilizing to it's full benefit.

Some Forms seem extensively lengthy. Issues with required pictures when no issues were reported. \[sensitive content hidden\] addressed these concerns fully.

Usability and customizability. Very responsive team. There are endless possible customizations that we can implement as needed on our end.

Cons

Can be a little hard to figure our workflows at times. As a early adopter there were some growing pains but they did not last long.

Pros

Corfix delivers good value for money. The onboarding process and customer support was and continues to be excellent. They make it very easy to book meetings and help you become self-sufficient.

Cons

Some redundancies exist that annoy our technicians, and you have to be creative sometimes to find solutions. It doesn't bother us but I'm sure it's an issue with some clients.

So far, so good. A really great support team ready to answer the "dumb" questions with the truth that no question is dumb and the promise that it gets easier as you work in the system. From the Sales person (Kerri), to the designated team lead (Mike), and support staff (Dylan), everyone is very helpful and patient.

Pros

In comparison to our previous software system, the beauty of the printed form that you get from Corfix is wonderful. I am excited to dig into the other offerings when it comes to audit time, and tracking the tasking for accountability. The benefit of a little red number in the middle of the Corfix App logo to tell you how many outstanding things are sitting waiting for you is a perfect little reminder to those who procrastinate in their duties to the H&S program. The emails of information are pretty great too. And, we've only just started this relationship.

Cons

It's work to set up a new system and when you don't want the out of the box experience, you must expect to work for your end result. That's not a con, but it's something everyone needs to know - it takes work on both the support team from Corfix and yourself.

Very positive! Issues always get addressed within a very short turnaround. It has really helped to streamline our company's health and safety documents and records.

Pros

The quick response time from the Team at Corfix and their ability to continue improving the product if there is a need they are not meeting.

Cons

I guess the only thing i can think of would be that they could benefit from having a scheduling ability to schedule maintenance to assets in relation to their operating manual, which is a requirement for COR - to complete preventative maintenance as per the operating manual.

Our entire company has liked using Corfix as it is easy to use, it is adaptable, and very user friendly for all levels of computer comprehensions.

Pros

Corfix is one complete platform that we can use to manage our internal safety program. It is also very flexible as it allows us to share the use of the program with our external third party safety company which allows us to comply with our SECOR / COR designation.

Cons

To date we have not run into any cons of using Corfix as it is very user friendly, flexible to make all kinds of changes to our internal forms and reports.

It ensures that documents are reviewed nightly, reducing the risk of missing or incomplete paperwork.

Pros

My experience with Corfix has been overwhelmingly positive. I love its versatility and the wide range of capabilities it offers within a single app. The customer service team has been incredibly helpful, making it easy to understand and always providing prompt, knowledgeable responses to my questions. The transition from paper to the app has been smooth, and I’m excited to continue exploring its features to enhance our Health & Safety processes.

Cons

As with any electronic platform, there is a learning curve when it comes to mastering its features and functionality. Corfix is a user friendly software and mobile application, simplifying on-boarding, training and day-to-day operations. From having your own dedicated account manager, to improving field operations, Corfix has provided us the back end support to our business to further overall growth of the business.

Being a young company, Corfix often has small issues though they are always addressed in a prompt matter and we never experience downtime.

My experience with Corfix has been positive so far. When we had the training last week, I found the instructions were clearly laid out, the guys who conducted the training were very helpful and they listened to people's questions and offered solutions. They were very willing to tailor the program to suit the needs of the employees

Pros

I have only used Corfix to save Certifications for employees. It seems to be quite user friendly

Cons

I have not found any Cons at this time. Perhaps once I have used the program more I may be able to offer more input.
