I would HIGHLY recommend Corfix for any organization that needs an interface such as this, especially for organizations in the process of obtaining, or already COR Certified. HSE Manager Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Corfix - Strong Safety Management Platform with Great Support and Options" February 25, 2026 5.0 As noted above, overall we are very inspired by the solutions Corfix presents in construction industry, and probably other industires. The Corfix team seems constantly thriving for improvement and able to offer solutions for the options we need, which is greatly appreciated. Pros We’ve introduced Corfix about three months ago and already we find that Corfix provides excellent value for what you get. The pricing is competitive compared to other construction-focused software platforms, and the return on investment is noticeable through improved coordination and reduced rework. Features like safety tracking and reporting. Learning curve is present, for obvious reasons, but we’ve tested it for users with no experience, and they were able to navigate form completion with ease. There are built-in guides and templates that definitely help shorten the ramp-up period. We found customer support as one of Corfix’s strongest points. Responses are prompt, friendly, and solution-oriented. Support staff are knowledgeable about the construction industry, which makes troubleshooting and onboarding much smoother. Safety functionality in Corfix is robust and tailored for construction environments. Incident reporting, audit tracking, project stats, asset tracking, live dashboards, employee profiles, upload and storage of training certificates are intuitive and customizable — which helps keep compliance high and risk low. We did not find any glitches in running the reports for training certificates (some issue that we’ve experienced with the previous software platform). The system makes it easy to document site conditions and communicate corrective actions quickly. Notably, customization options are good, especially for safety forms templates, workflows, assets and reporting dashboards. You can adapt templates and fields to fit different project types. A few more drag-and-drop and additional options for various types of assets and configuration tools would be nice, but we find that overall flexibility is better than many competitors. Although some additional features to make them more “training oriented” would be appreciated but there is a possibility of building training modules with checklist or questionnaires. We’ve heard positive feedback from the field completing the forms and using dashboards for reporting, with comments like: “I like it more than what we had before”, “I like toolbox talk uploads”, “I found it easy to navigate”, etc. Cons Some limitation on font selection when building templates, which is practically negligeable but would present a nicer feature. Pros Onboarding, setup and training new staff was very easy. The field crews were extremely responsive and welcoming to a software that no longer relied on hand written paperwork. Cons We like the task module the least - not the concept but the ease of use. The initial data is lacking any ability to screen multiple tasks efficiently. A setup similar to completed forms would allow staff to manage multiple tasks more easily. They methodically went through the onboarding process, what the system can do, and helped out in creative ways to get the information that we wanted to be delivered to the workers. He is quick to get the issue rectified. I am very happy that we made the switch to Corfix and I am looking forward to what the future enhancements to the program are going to be. Pros The onboarding process was seamless. Workers are able to get all the required information that they need in one place to safely complete their tasks. The form management and reports that I am able to run to get the information that I am looking for. Cons N/A. There are no cons to what I have encountered in Corfix. The platform is great and the workers love it. One Con is that I had to leave a 100 character minimum comment in this box when I have no cons. Easy to learn the application. They have a multitude of templates to choose from. Pros Their customer support is excellent. Any time I have had issues, they are attentive, and quick to respond. I can use the Chat Bot function, call, or email. I always get a response promptly, no matter the method. If I need more extensive training, I also can book time with \[sensitive content hidden\], who will hop on a zoom call to dive in depth into a subject. Cons I'm not a huge fan of the Chat Bot (I don't like Chat Bots in general), but I understand why it is needed. A human is always quick to jump on to assist when requested. Cons I guess the only thing i can think of would be that they could benefit from having a scheduling ability to schedule maintenance to assets in relation to their operating manual, which is a requirement for COR - to complete preventative maintenance as per the operating manual. I like that we can customize it to fit how we work, and their team has been helpful whenever we needed changes or support. It’s made managing safety and paperwork much easier day to day. Pros CORFIX is very simple and easy to navigate without feeling cluttered, while still offering strong functional. The platform makes project setup efficient by organizing key site details in one place and allowing direct uploads from existing templates, which saves a lot of manual work when starting off. I also like the customizable forms, automatic email notifications, and the binder feature that keeps SWPs, SDS, drawings, and safety documents accessible — especially with QR codes for workers and subtrades. The reporting tools, automatic photo organization, and ongoing support from their team to customize forms and improve workflows have made it adaptable to our operations. Cons Their time keeping doesn’t allow us to pull specific kind of reports.
