I would HIGHLY recommend Corfix for any organization that needs an interface such as this, especially for organizations in the process of obtaining, or already COR Certified. She was great about listening to what we need and want to accomplish then she exceeded out expectations and was able to combine numerous forms to simple easy to use single form. One specific example she combined 58 training forms into one easy to use form. This reduces the clutter and list our employees have to scroll through to get to the necessary form. Pros Customization options for forms, workflow, security/access, notifications and auto send for important docs. Nothing gets missed. We are even utilizing it for our LMS too even though their update for that is still on the road map. Cons Only small issue was we missed our initial launch date but to be fair, they had 2 months to do over 500+ documents. But they reduced this list to 71 currently due to some expert construction by \[sensitive content hidden\] of their onboarding team. Pros Loaded with choices. Ability to setup various accounts with different functions. Cons Not easy to follow or setup. Hard to navigate when compared to previous software we used. Not easy to look at when revising or even creating say templates. Guides can be better. For example, when you open a template, each line should explain what it is used for, etc.. The Corfix team has been great and has truly made a great product for project and property management to utilize. Cons There is nothing of concern to highlight on this front, as everything has progressed smoothly overall; however, on the rare occasion that something did come up, the Corfix team was quick to step in and address it, ensuring it was resolved efficiently and with minimal disruption, which has been greatly appreciated from an operational standpoint. The team we worked with was great: responsive and accommodating. Pros Easy to use for both Admin and Field personnel. All Corfix teams were easy to work with and very accommodating. Work flow of processes for the field is very easy to follow. Cons I wish the Syncing processes was more inclusive, i.e. cost code mapping, geofences, etc. worked when you synced the project from the ERP to Corfix instead of having to go back in to set them up manually. Pros Onboarding, setup and training new staff was very easy. The field crews were extremely responsive and welcoming to a software that no longer relied on hand written paperwork. Cons We like the task module the least - not the concept but the ease of use. The initial data is lacking any ability to screen multiple tasks efficiently. A setup similar to completed forms would allow staff to manage multiple tasks more easily. The level of support is fantastic and the ability to create forms and templates has been fantastic. Pros It has been a great transition over from our previous platform. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been extremely helpful, answering all of our questions. We have had a few meetings that she has walked us through processes and help us create and navigate our way through the platform. Corfix to this point has been fantastic allowing us to really customize the templates to meet our needs. The service received has been terrific and is a great value for the cost. Cons If there is an area that is least liked it would be that the folders and tabs are not coloured. It would also be really nice if the menu bar did not grey out the selection, it is difficult to navigate. They methodically went through the onboarding process, what the system can do, and helped out in creative ways to get the information that we wanted to be delivered to the workers. Mitch was great to work with and help me navigate the site, he was on time for meetings and always followed up with me if he didn't have the answer right away. \[sensitive content hidden\] from support has been great to work with. He is quick to get the issue rectified. I am very happy that we made the switch to Corfix and I am looking forward to what the future enhancements to the program are going to be. Pros The onboarding process was seamless. Workers are able to get all the required information that they need in one place to safely complete their tasks. The form management and reports that I am able to run to get the information that I am looking for. Cons N/A. There are no cons to what I have encountered in Corfix. The platform is great and the workers love it. One Con is that I had to leave a 100 character minimum comment in this box when I have no cons. Cons I guess the only thing i can think of would be that they could benefit from having a scheduling ability to schedule maintenance to assets in relation to their operating manual, which is a requirement for COR - to complete preventative maintenance as per the operating manual. It helped us move toward more organized digital systems instead of relying on paperwork and scattered communication. It’s especially useful for safety documentation, forms, and keeping field information flowing back to the office. It’s not perfect, but compared to a lot of construction software out there, it’s practical, easy enough to implement, and actually built around how construction companies operate. Pros Corfix has been solid for keeping our field and office more connected. We use it for safety, forms, time tracking, and job documentation, and it’s helped clean up a lot of the paper chaos. The mobile app is straightforward enough for field guys to actually use, which matters in construction. I also like that everything is stored in one place instead of chasing texts, photos, and paperwork across different apps. Customer support has been responsive anytime we’ve had questions or needed help setting something up. Cons There’s still a bit of a learning curve when you first roll it out to crews, especially for guys that aren’t super tech-savvy. Some features could also integrate better with other systems and reporting could be a little more customizable. Like most construction software, you really need buy-in from the whole team for it to work properly day-to-day.
