Highly recommend Corfix for H&S Management. Pros The customer service is exceptional a representative is there start to finish, they really push to keep you on schedule during onboarding. Even the live chat is great, they have been very helpful and the help is immediate. Everyone I have dealt with have been extremely knowledgeable with the product, pleasant and very easy to work with.Corfix is much easier to use than our previous provider. One specific aspect of the forms that we find invaluable is the ability to "Add Another". Being able to duplicate a field has made our forms much easier to work with and esthetically more pleasing to look at. Cons One feature that I feel is missing or could be improved deals with the certificates. It would be very useful to be able to include all required training for a specific job title, that way it would be very easy to see what they are missing. One other feature that I feel could be improved is the QR codes. As I understand them now they are hard coded to a project. As our equipment moves around and sometimes on a daily basis it would be more beneficial to have the QR code hard coded to the equipment and have to select the project. Reason for choosing Corfix During the Corfix demo we really liked what we saw and didn't feel a need to consider other products again. We use Corfix daily with 2 current clients and 1 former client, and it helped significantly with compliance and ensuring our teams were at their best. The support we've received from Corfix has been quick, efficient, and overall great. Pros The support. We use lots of safety management programs, and none of them come close to the quality of support we get from Corfix. Cons Missing some features that we really like on other safety management programs specifically in regard to action items/corrective actions. When we had the training last week, I found the instructions were clearly laid out, the guys who conducted the training were very helpful and they listened to people's questions and offered solutions. They were very willing to tailor the program to suit the needs of the employees Pros I have only used Corfix to save Certifications for employees. Customer support really helped us make this happen. Pros The customizable forms make it easy for us to set up the information we need to collect. The customer service and support is excellent Cons Large forms with multiple columns are hard to manage on a mobile device like an iPhone but fine on an iPad. I don’t think overall footprint of the screen is utilized enough. Lots of blank wide gaps between columns etc likely as a result of the coding. Review Source LM Laura M. Although we don't use it for it's main purpose of project management, we have been able to utilize many of the features. The Timekeeping feature is what we needed the app for, and it has saved us MANY hours and has been well worth the cost of the app, despite not using all of the features. I highly recommend this app to all that ask. Pros The customer service by far exceeds my expectations; my CSM is always available to help me when I need it and is great at suggesting ways to use the app. I also love that they are a local company. Customization of the app seems to be easily done as well. Cons There are bugs sometimes, but that is to be expected in all applications - they are typically quickly resolved. Reason for choosing Corfix It was a local company, the vp of sales was very personable and answered all my questions and was willing to work with us to give us a product that worked for us, and the cost was reasonable. I am glad I have went with Corfix Pros I have saved a lot of time with Corfix with my internal processes. I have also been able to consolidate both timekeeping and checklists in Corfix, which makes it easier for my employees to manage as it is only one app! The QuickBooks online integration is super helpful when it comes time to payroll. Cons Nothing bad to say at this point I look forward to seeing what features they come out with in the future. Easy features and it includes everyone in the program. Everyone has access at their fingertips. Cons There are still some kinks to work out but overall it has been great. The problem with CORFix stems from within myself. They always help me get better though. I am an old school veteran learning to adapt to this on line stuff. The support is great. A focused project management team, and strong consistant communication sets this team apart. Pros The software has been built by individuals that have worked on the job site, and in a position of completing H&S paperwork daily. Therefore the system was designed for efficient and simple us in the field, creating better succession of implementation and buy in. The Dashboard captures data in real time which allows for efficient monitoring and enforcement of daily documentation requirements in the field, on all active job sites. A great team of people that are motivated to succeed, and open to suggestions on how to best utilize and optimize this system. Pros I really like the Health and safety aspect of Corfix, the document section, and having all of your safety documents at your finger tips, with easy access, and being able to complete them so easily. Cons I know the app is still developing, but there were quite a few bugs, and glitches to work through. Our questions are always answered quickly. The customer service is top notch! Pros Switching to Corfix was a no brainer for our company. Will was super helpful getting us set up for the field and continues to be supportive along the way. The transition was smooth for all our employees. Our favorite feature is the timekeeping. It's nice to have our safety program and timekeeping all in 1 app. It helps hold everyone accountable. Cons There is nothing that I don't like about Corfix. September 5, 2023 5.0 Pros The feature that was most beneficial to me as anOn-site foreman was being able to conveniently track day to day activities though project notes. Each day we would use the time card option. This alllowed us to punch in the guys hours for that day and just write up a little summary of the daily tasks in the project notes section. Daily logs are extremely important to a projects success and often get over looked when guys have to write them down in a book. This way is much easier and more efficient since it can be emailed off to any parties necessary. Cons I have no problems with this app. Great job guys! Review Source CG Chris G. All of our suggestions have been well received and most have been implemented with ease. Pros I love the ease of navigating the desktop system. From a payroll and finance administrative perspective, having quick access to employee punch in/out and location data is key to keeping our records accurate. Corfix provides this data real time and in an easy to view format. Cons The beginning features of Corfix were a bit limited from the timekeeping side, for what our company needed. However, they've diligently worked with our company to ensure our needs are met.
