Takes 30 seconds to add bookings manually with our cleaning company. I can get visually pictures all organized in one place to see any damages or concerns at the property. The free trial was nice too. It helped convince us to try it. The platform and app's development appear to be in constant motion so we are confident the resources its lacking will be here in the near future. Pros We like the auto booking features. We also like the app features for worker time tracking, property details, inventories and damage reporting. It also allows photo that we use as an e-presentation guide for our housekeepers. Cons The app needs better time-tracking reporting features for payroll. The portal needs to integrate its invoicing with QBO. We use QBO and would like to see that integration.
