Very pleased with Battleground and the responsiveness of support, would definitely reccomend

Pros

I love the ability to use briadcast communications to reach my people quickly, and to be able to report incidents quickly, then manage our activities in the incident all in one place

Cons

It might be useful ot be able to view incident logs in the mobile app but I'm being picky

The Battleground application has given us a leading edge in the management of our business continuity management across our dispersed network of sites and branches.

Cons

Initially there was limited ability to attach document in the system, however this has been improved with recent updates.

Seamless integration, feature rich yet intuitive software. Feeds cleanly into mobile application and allows plans, actions and contacts to be readily available to all relevant persons in a disruption event, with or without an internet connection. Clearly designed with the real world needs of an organisation front of mind.

Cons

No complaints to speak of especially following recent updates to the platform.
