Have been using for +3 years. I am looking to move away asap. As stated above, setup was complicated and poorly setup, with little to no guidance, documentation, or support. I still cannot see some files transferred after 3 years and their system is failing multiple-source backup/storage. After trying to figure it out, requested a ticket which ASUS said they would close without a 48hr response (with same info as original ticket request), illustrating ASUS's desire not to 'support' but dismiss. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks now for some sort of response, following up myself, and essentially being told 'we're working on it'. FAIL. There is no way +2 weeks to fix a simple, basic functional issue is in any way acceptable. I will leave and take my business elsewhere. Paying for something that does not work and has no support is unacceptable. But i will not be renewing my subscription because the upload experience was negative. I used the service on PC browser, i would have integrated with Android mobile device but the upload experience was so poor i never bothered going any further with it. Pros The price is good for the amount of storage. The interface is good looking and works well with modern browsers. Cons The upload transfer times are extremely slow, Google is much faster. Alot of files failed during the upload process. Cons The web storage sometimes was not able to work on the mobile app, and used to take a lot of time loading which made the experience little annoying.
