The KPI's are probably my favorite feature, really allows my to get a deep insight on the utilization of my team and allows me to spot any inefficiencies that we can improve on. Great product overall, even better value for the cost. Cons There aren't any standard pricing measures to get a pricing sense upfront but the staff was extremely friendly and the customization aspect of the product in terms of pricing ended up being better. From organization, to cost savings, to safety - this is a dream come true product for anyone in construction or manufacturing. Pros We leaned on Stilt entirely to manage the processes of building our festival sites, which include large stages, VIP platforms, ADA-compliant platforms, merchant vendor pop-up stores, and other structures. Stilt kept both us organized, as well as our contractors to complete the many tasks in a short amount of time. We saved thousands with Stilt, by shortening our rental costs due to Stilt’s efficiency. Cons I can’t say I have any complaints about Stilt. Even their customer service was high-level and super responsive. Pros It reminds me of all the cameras I need to check in with at customer facilities. This helps me by allowing for easier management and workflow. Our customers like it because it keeps track of things we are supposed to do according to our contracts with customers. Cons It took me around a week to integrate it into my daily routine but now its ease of use made it a part of my standard workflow. Cons We have a smaller team (10 people) and Stilt is probably better suited for larger teams and organizations. I have spent my entire career in the service management and have used many types of software. Stilt is the most adaptable and forward-thinking software I have used to date. Process Engineer Mining & Metals Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Very helpful organizational tool that has increased our productivity and job schedule compliance" February 14, 2023 5.0 Before stilt approximately 10-20% of the time jobs were either pushed back to a different day or delayed from the morning to the afternoon because the scaffolding was not up before the job was scheduled to start or it was not inspected on time. This app has almost completely eliminated this issue. This has reduced wasted time for our maintenance crews as they are no longer standing around waiting for contractors to come inspect scaffolding. Pros I love the map feature that has all of the information on it. It has all the scaffolding that is currently set up, the upcoming jobs, and the status of the scaffolding such as whether it needs to be taken down, has been inspected for the day or still needs inspection, what jobs are in the backlog, etc. It keeps things super organized so that we don't miss anything. Another thing that I love is that this helps us to stay on top of getting old scaffolding taken down after use instead of it staying up in our facility for weeks at a time, which was a major problem before Stilt. Cons The usefulness of the app is dependent on how readily it is adopted by all parties including your companies employees as well as the contractors. It is important that the roll out is done in an organized fashion so that all the appropriate people use the app and keep everything up to date. This has not been a problem for us. Engineer Chemicals Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Easy to Navigate Scaffolding App" April 12, 2023 5.0 Pros I've used Stilt to coordinate with the scaffolding contractors on site, it allows me to pinpoint exactly what I need scaffolding built to by uploading pictures of the job site as well as dropping a pin for the job location. i can chose if it's an emergency build or if I want to schedule it for later on in the week. If there are any remaining questions, the scaffolding contractors can easily find my contact information to call me and ask me for more details. When the work is complete and I need the scaffolding taken down or I need scaffolding reinspected, it's very easy for me to request that in the app. Cons If you don't have the scaffolding tag ID it is a little harder to search through all the entries to find your entry, but overall the app is very user friendly and explains step by step what is needed for each section. Before Mosaic used this app, it was challenging to keep track of scaffolds erected in the field. This app has also streamlined communication with the contractor. Pros The Stilt app was essentially designed for identifying, communicating, and scheduling work in an industrial manufacturing environment. It is very user friendly and a great way to communicate work requests to a contractor that does not have access to your company's CMMS. Cons I can't think of anything negative to speak about this app. The only downside I can think of is it doesn't communicate with our CMMS. We use this app primarily for scaffolding and insulation tasks, so if a job gets re-scheduled in our CMMS, we have to make sure the app is updated as well. This is a very minor issue. Tracking equipment, employees, sub contractors and everyone's pay. This software allows me to keep track of everything in one place. Track time and scheduling for jobs so I can use this information to bid on the next job. This software is a live saver and a time saver. I'm so glad I decided to try it and I would highly recommend it to anyone that owns a small, medium or large company.
