La grosse arnaque ! on vous fait miroiter des succès à la pelle pour un résultat nul !!! On vous presse pour signer >>> on vous renvoie des factures pour tacite reconduction alors que les échanges ont été claires : deux mois uniquement !!!

Pros

La plateforme de traitement des candidatures permet une gestion simplifiée des candidatures, c'est agréable notamment dans la mise à jour du statut des candidats, permettant par exemple de déclencher automatiquement des relances.

Cons

L'affichage général pourrait être optimisé, nous voyons finalement peu de critères/filtres sur la même page, ne donnant pas énormément d'informations sur la candidature au premier coup d’œil.

Grâce à Work4, nous avons été en mesure de répondre à des besoins de recrutements volumiques tout au long de l'année. Leur approche et leur expertise a été inestimable dans l'atteinte de nos objectifs.

Pros

Work4 est en capacité de proposer du sur-mesure et un accompagnement régulier pour assurer l'atteinte des objectifs fixés ensemble. Transparents sur leur travail, un dashboard personnalisé permet de rassembler au même endroit les données issues de tous leurs canaux d'acquisition, ce qui permet d'avoir un niveau de suivi et d'optimisation efficace sur l'ensemble des actions mises en place.

Cons

En 1 an, aucun problème/point faible à signaler. La collaboration avec Work4 a été positive à tous les niveaux.

Solution pour accrocher beaucoup de candidats - sourcing différenciant et visibilitéPossibilité de faire du vivierRapidité du processus de candidature (car pas de CV) et possibilité d’ajuster les questions de présélection

Pas de CV ce qui entraîne une gestion longue des candidaturesAppeler chaque candidats (entraîne une perte de temps) - condition de réussite : avoir ou prévoir du temps
