I love being able to use one platform for everything. I am able to keep track of employees, create authorizations, get my results and keep track of all billing. Pros How much it has improved my invoicing process. It has cut my billing time by more than half. Prior to using Synchromedics billing would take me a few hours a day and now it takes me a few minutes a day. Cons I have not yet found anything. Synchromedics is working well for me. Pros Synchromedics has helped us expedite resulting to our employers and allowed staff to have more time to see patients. All of our employers enter their employees and authorizations directly into the system which helps us find them quickly and efficiently. Cons If we have any issues we are able to get them addressed and corrected in a timely manner. It definitely helps when developers take the feedback and actually apply it to the website. Cons There are so many good things about Synchromedics I can’t think of one thing that I like least. I will update this if I find something.
