January 11, 2024 4.0 The overall experience with Unnanu Hire is really commendable, it does its best in what it promises. Right from job posting till onboarding. Pros Shortlisting the best candidates from a bunch of applied candidates using the scoring tags, which makes it easy to pick up the best candidate. The list functionality, messages help us to chat and share documents as an attachment. Onboarding of a candidate makes it easy and simple for the candidate and the hirer. Scraping of profiles from LinkedIn and Job Boards using the Unnanu plugin is a great add on. Cons Unnanu Hire does a great job between the candidate and the hirer, we would love to have a simple way of communicating with the employer of the candidate who can get us best of the deal for the open positions. The job board, resume scoring, onboarding and interview features are very easy to use. Resume scoring feature is the highlight of the app Pros The features on the app were very interesting and easy to understand. Mainly, the resume scoring will make recruiter life easier in selecting candidates for a certain position. Also, the app has a lot pther features like onboarding, scheduling interviews and people can easily communicate on the app. Cons I couldn't think any other features are required apart from the existing ones. It's so convenient to have everything in one place. Cons Honestly, it's hard to pinpoint something I didn't like about Unnanu Hire because it has been incredibly helpful overall. However, whenever I encountered any issues or had any questions, their excellent support team was always handy and quick to respond. Cons What I like least about Unnanu in it's current state is that there is limited data currently due to the customer base being small at the moment. Will improve with customer acquisition.
