Rinkel is a virtual number that allows you to divert a fixed line number to as many mobiles (or fixed numbers) as you want. With features such as opening hours, welcome menu and call recording -among others- Rinkel allows you to run your company from your mobile, separating personal calls from professional ones and giving you and your team the flexibility you need. Gracias Salvador por tu reseña. Nos alegramos de que Rinkel sea la solución telefónica perfecta para tu negocio. Solo aclarar que no somos VOIP (funcionamos con la red GSM, por eso la calidad y estabilidad de la llamada son superiores) y sí que lo puedes desviar a móviles españoles, por supuesto!

Pros

Es muy versatil, rapido y confiable. Ademas que tiene una atencion al cliente super personalizada. Siempre que he realizado una consulta me lo han resuelto en minutos.

Cons

Lo unico malo que le veo es no poder elegir numeros moviles, que suelen ser mejores para realizar llamadas por la confianza de la gente. Ademas de que estaria genial que te permita usar el webphone desde la app y no tener que redirigir llamadas al numero que le pones.

El balance es positivo pero como todo, mejorable.

Pros

En mi caso me permite discriminar las llamadas por el horario comercial ya que antes mis comunicaciones eran a través de un número móvil y no podía configurar y discriminar las llamadas personales de las profesionales.

Cons

Lo que menos me gusta es tener que utilizar la aplicación para realizar una llamada y sobre todo para devolverla, ya que utilizo mi smartphone. Tampoco me gusta tener que recibir una llamada de Rinkel cada vez que llamo.

Somos un despacho de abogados descentralizado, y Rinkel nos permite atender a los clientes desde cualquier punto de España.

La gestión de mensajería instantanea (whatsapp) es un poco compleja.
