O sistema no auxilia muito na organização dos trabalhos diários, na organização e perspectivas mensais, controles de pagamentos.

O controle de pagamento das reservas, o painel de reservas, o status da reserva, o financeiro e os relatórios gerados

Cons

Quando vai inserir o endereço no cadastro da pessoa física é obrigatório colocar o CEP primeiro, infelizmente várias pessoas não sabem o CEP e dificulta o cadastro porque precisamos primeiro descobrir o CEP para conseguir cadastrar o endereço

Trabalhar com o fasthotel é excelente, tem um suporte que ajuda muito, ensina, tira todas as dúvidas e o melhor: o tratamento do outro lado da linha é perfeito.

Pros

O Produto não é difícil, o que eu mais gosto é o relatório diário dos quartos. Tem tudo que preciso para o meu trabalho.

Cons

O que eu tenho mais dificuldade é quando tenho que fazer alteração de valores. Não acho muito fácil, mas como tem as dicas de ajuda no final dá tudo certo.

O quadro de painel de reservas ajudou muito no hotel na organização das reservas.

Pros

Há mais ou menos unas 3 anos tive a necessidade de uma programa de fácil acesso e com relatórios diários de reservas. No FastHotel consigo obter todas as informações referente a hospedagens, faturamento ,controle de estoque. Os colaboradores da recepção tem um fácil acesso com o programa, no usuário de cada um consigo selecionar os descontos que cada um pode oferecer.

No momentos o sistema me atende sem reclamações.

Entrei em contato com a empresa e fui muito bem atendida. Tive e tenho todo suporte da empresa contratada. Temos um grupo de WhatsApp com todos os usuários. Quaisquer tipos de dúvidas ou algum erro o suporte está sempre atendo para resolver. Neste 3 anos nunca tivemos nenhum motivo para cancelar o sistema. Já indiquei para outros amigos.
