The payroll system is user friendly and easy to navigate. Very affordable subscription fees. You can view and extract all the reports needed in just a minute.

Cons

Downtime due to system maintenance but able to fix it quickly by their support. No other concerns on the system.

Hier Payroll has many features and therefore it can be complicated to first time user. It can be annoying incase the user is stacked and need urgent response and end up consuming much time waiting for the response from your team.
