We now use automation to calculate salaries, figure out taxes, and send money directly to employees' bank accounts. This has made sure that everyone gets paid the right amount on time. Cons In my experience, getting automated HR and payroll systems up and running can be a bit of a challenge. It takes time, and there's quite a bit of work involved. First, we had to move all our data into the new system, which was a big task on its own. Then, we had to set up the system to work just the way we wanted it to, which took some effort to get right. And don't forget about training our staff to use it properly—that was another step that required time and patience.
