Tickets are very easily manageable and every event I've been a part of with Opendate has gone off without a hitch.

Pros

I liked that I didn't have to spend much time or mental effort to use it. I got what I needed easily and moved on with my day.

Cons

Feels weird that we need to say something we don't like about it. No thank you.

Seriously, this is the easiest to use ticketing system I've ever seen. Ticketmaster could learn so much from this product!

Pros

With Opendate, it's very easy to buy tickets for events. There are no overly complicated forms to fill out, no difficult payment processes, it's just simple.

Cons

When there is a free ticket tier, it can be a little confusing to make sure your customers understand how to acquire those tickets.
