### "An excellent remote work solution for my business"

ITC Cloud is a wonderful company unified communications solution with a secure, intuitive design and great customer support. It has really helped my business run more smoothly. If any business is searching for a simple and intuitive unified communications solution, I would definitely recommend ITC Cloud.

Pros

I've been really happy with In-ITC Telecom's Cloud. It allows me to work from my desk phone, cell phone, or computer, which makes my daily duties much easier and more efficient. Plus, ITC Cloud ensures safe, unified communications. On top of that, the in-user-friendliness of Telecom's and their customer service are both great. I definitely prefer ITC Cloud for unified communications.

Cons

I've had issues with In-ITC Telecom's Cloud. It provides safe, convenient unified communications, but the user interface is complicated and certain features are undocumented. Technical issues slow my workflow and frustrate me. Organizations should consider the risks before investing in ITC Cloud.

### "Good concept but clunky "

Getting my business line set up was a breeze, support and install was great. Even when I had issues, the support was great and handled quickly. Messaging was difficult. Hard to organize the messages, I couldn't save the number as a "contact", so instead of having a listing of recognizable names to browse through the messages, it's only their associated numbers. There's no search function in the messaging platform to easily find conversations you want to re-visit. Sometimes I'd have 1 person I'm messaging with, and it'll appear in the messaging center in 3 different text threads.

Pros

I liked the idea of having a dedicated business line that I could call/text from, either from my work or away from my office via the mobile app. That way I am not relying on my personal number for business communications.

Cons

The phone quality was poor. It was hit or miss whether I'd have a reliable conversation or not. Too many instances of "hello? hello are you there?" where I would have to hang up and call back from my personal phone.

Our experience has been good. We are a really small company and probably dont use it to its full potential, but it works for us.

Pros

I like the ability to see who is on the phone or calling in.

Cons

I dont like that it doesnt refresh on its own.

Reason for choosing ITC Cloud

Intelecom was chosen because it is a local business and we like to support local businesses such as ourselves

We have been with ITC Cloud for just a few months since starting the consider switching to their product thru install and overall things have run very smooth.

Pros

Customer Service Seems to be a top priority, Communication has been good, Phones are working as they should and easy to learn.

Cons

There were a few hiccups on install that I believe could have been avoided with a little more discussion and questions asked by install team but overall it went smooth.
