Pros

One of the easiest interface we use so far. It is simple, I can teach new workers how to use it in seconds.

Pros

It's very easy to use Câmbio Real's system. But what really stands out to me is the customer service; they're very quick with responses and always ready to help.

Cons

I like everything about Câmbio Real. Even though sometimes the rate may be slightly higher than other companies', due to the simplicity of payment through Câmbio Real, customers choose to pay through it.

All support needs were met in satisfactory times. The Help Desk assumes for them all the need to contact our customers and does not abandon us until the problem/support is solved. This is very comfortable and reliable for us.

Pros

The help desk is very good and fast, scaling when necessary without loss of efficiency.

Cons

I think the dollar exchange rate could improve a bit for our customers
