Cons I would like to see this product include a toggle for organizations with multiple subsidiaries/companies. Additionally, there should be more options for employees to collect their rewards such as purchasing company gear. We use Caribou to send memos, reward staff, and working on doing a monthly video check in to our team out there and update about Ultima Pros Ability to improve staff engagement, peer to peer recognition, and the team is able to reward and staff out in the field.
