Die Rückverfolgbarkeit von Dokumenten Historien anhand des des Audit Trails und der Versionshistorie.

Cons

Am wenigstens gut funktioniert die Dokumentenbearbeitung mit mehreren Personen. Das Teilen des Dokuments während der Bearbeitung ist relativ aufwändig.

Tolles Tool, was für viele Anwender inzwischen zum Arbeitsalltag gehört.

Pros

Die Dokumentenumläufe sind effektiver und zu jeder Zeit ist nachvollziehbar, wo sich das Dokument im Umlauf befindet. Es geht kein Dokument mehr in der Hauspost verloren oder versumpft auf irgendeinem Schreibtisch.

Cons

Aufwendig sind die Erstellung eines Berechtigungskonzepts inklusive Tätigkeitsprofilen, sowie der Organisations-Struktur. Administrative Pflege Bedarf eines IT´lers. Ohne mindestens einer gewissen IT-Affinität ist es schwer als nicht IT´ler auch mit entsprechender Schulung als Administrator zu fungieren.
