It is open source. It provides fantastic templates which I can adapt to clients needs in a bespoke manner. It comes highly recommended. Cons Not applicable thus far. The experience has been superb so far, I would have wasted a lot of time without it. Pros Just having all of these documents under one roof is super helpful. This is the first place to look when building out the policy infrastructure of my start up. The variety of documents is great and an indication of what is commonly used gives me confidence of what I should be using to. I like how easy it is to access and download documents. In the future I will consider sharing functions too. Cons It is early in the development of this product, but I look forward to when I can be better guided to the template/document that I need. I am told what is popular but I am not guided on why. It would be great to have a guide on what to have 3/6/12 months into a start up or when certain milestones are met. Perhaps document collections for a particular business model. Also, I would like to have everything standardised to a common style and typeface. It has been used for team collaboration and drafting documents. Pros It is a platform that can give the information to make work more efficiently completed. It is helpful in drafting in-depth information for companies. Cons Genie AI has a less personalized feel with its responses compared to other AI features. As a non-lawyer t makes it much easier than starting with a blank page. Overall the experience was good, I found it good value (low cost) and better for small legal documents than going through engaging and speaking to a lawyer. Pros The big one for me is document creation. I am capable of reviewing most documents, but creating them from scratch, in the correct form and using the correct language is more difficult. Cons Initially, the software does not always have the type of document that I am seeking. They do always go away and try to find a suitable document though. This can take a few days though, so sometimes I have had to source it elsewhere by then if it urgent. Review Source Charis S. The Software development agreement for instance is only written for Agile development and the project I needed it for was Waterfall-based.
