Pros

the free tier is already quite usable and it is really easy to instal

Cons

it is not clear when it has to show you the tracking of different emails in the same conversations. You usually can access the tracking only of the last email

I installed by misake because it has a similar name to a similar product. Then I kept it because it does its job
