Excited that they listen to me and open tickets to continuously improve the app Pros I love how I can offer jobs to my active roster of movers, and they can claim the work that they want with minimal involvement from our office staff.I love how it covers all the necessary grounds to understand the scope of work, and allow us to be the most prepared for our jobs. Many other reasons to enjoy this app. Especially the online booking system. Cons The estimate tool is not accurate. We always override the estimates. There are a few minor work arounds. It has everything you could ever want!" 5.0 Overall Rating 5.0 5.0 Ease of Use 5.0 5.0 Features 5.0 5.0 Customer Service 5.0 5.0 Likelihood to Recommend 10/10 June 1, 2023 Crew management and being able to customize items in our furniture inventory was the main thing we were after since we are now doing interstate moves and we don't want to be overweight on a load. Support is awesome they respond quickly and they are constantly doing updates to make the software function better. I really have had very little problems with the app and glitches in the program. Pros The estimate format allows you to not get spammers filling out your form (it has a captcha button), the inventory of furniture items is user friendly and customizable. The management capabilities is awesome it has all the things we have discovered and wished we had after running a moving company for 12 years. Cons The only thing I could say is I would have preferred actual pictures on the inventory items instead of picture drawings but they look great anyway. I can't really complain about anything at this point. Switched from [Elromco](https://www.capterra.com/p/157586/Elromco/) With Elromco you couldn't manipulate weight on inventory items only cubic footage which made no sense. Reasons for choosing Move Details The sales team at Move Details was great and we liked the functionality of it. We were able to personally connect with the \[sensitive content hidden\], connecting and sharing stories of what problems we had in the industry (they own and manage a moving company too) and everything they would say we had experienced too. Every feature was like wow we thought of that too but they were able to bring it to life and make this awesome software!
