Pros Email retention works well and the ability to review old emails and recover attachments is nice. Cons While this product works well it can also be difficult to find old information, the gui gives a lot of options and it is easy to setup a search that fails to return any results. Additionally while support is great sometimes the automated archiving stops and the only way to know is when you goto search for something and the results are null.
