It was very simple and easy to use, plus it allowed you to customize email signatures for groups. Cons It didn't give the ability to automatically randomize banner assignments to company email signature users. BulkSignature exactly matches our need of standardizing E-Mail Signatures dependent on our different types of of user groups. Also we occasionally have small marketing campaigns and it was always a pain to ask all colleagues to please mention it in theire signatures. All in all its just a great value for the money and exactly what we needed. With BulkSignature, this is no longer an issue and we can freely change the signature for all, for certain groups or for individuals with ease. Pros The ease of creation of a new signature in accordance with our style guidelines and how quick it was to deploy to the whole organisation eliminated a time-consuming step in our onboarding and enables us to change it easily without needing individuals to take action Cons I'm only missing the option to set signatures for replies as well as new emails. Now we can centrally manage them and ensure they are kept up to date. Adds a touch of professionalisim for sure. Pros Easy to sync user data from Google and then create global templates using that data to customize each user's signature. Also, the ability for further individualisation of each user's signature on a maco level. Cons Once you create a global signature and deploy it to your user's it cannot be undone. So you must be careful and only submit the change if you are certain it is 100% correct.
