It started with an extensive onboarding, and their onboarding team took good care of me teaching me how to use Moder, and its full potential. This has helped my day-to-day life of running a business but also given us tools to sell better that has been a positive impact to our groups sales especially. Similarly, running the beforementioned groups, Moder gives me easy, and fast access to information about complicated booking even on my mobile phone.

Pros

Onboarding was made really easy, and the system is very intuitive. Finally a system that does everything from accommodation to activities, group bookings, and allows me to create unforgettable experiences with tailored packages.

Cons

Nothing. For me and my resort, Moder has filled all the needs on PMS front, and has not given me anything to dislike.
