Overall: From my initial interaction with their team to using the software for over a year, I have been impressed. The added my customer database and I moved over all of my appointments quickly. After that, the support team has been very helpful in getting Pointr 'dialed in' for our grooming salon and dog daycare center.r
Pros: I love the pet & human dashboards and flags. The scheduling is easy & the reporting is very helpful. I also like that Pointr was built from within the pet industry, by folks that have experience all of the pain points that come from managing grooming salons.
Cons: Nothing really. I was a little worried because they are new ... but, everything has been professional and well done with the Pointr team.

Pros: The dashboards are great and I love that there are flag features to remind my staff. Reporting is fantastic and easy to use. I like that Pointr came from within the Pet Industry, so a lot of attention to details that I need are already included. My staff loves to use Pointr compared to what we were using previously.
Cons: I don't really have any cons to list. They are new, but everything has been professional and very responsive with the Pointr team.
