Via is a wonderful product, and the VIA team are all very collaborative. The willingness to get things right and quickly is greatly appreciated.

Pros

We are bringing communities from different operators together into our organization. The ease of transition and the support from VIA has made this pleasant. Our team is able to communicate their concerns and issues and get responses/assistance quickly.

Cons

There are times when issues occur that are not common to others and the VIA team has to take time to work through the issues. These times are not lengthy and the VIA team keeps our team informed of all progress.
