Cuvama is a well thought and built Customer Value Management platform. It is flexible and integrates well with our CRM, which is key to our use case.Cuvama helps standarize our approach to value selling accross the organization, focusing on the outcomes our customers are looking for.

Pros

1\. Flexibility of the software in terms of content creation.2. Technical Expertise of the Cuvama Team. Fully capable team.3. Cuvama's team has been always available, ready to support, help and challenge us.4. Integration with our CRM is working well and is valuable to our Sales Org.5. The platform is continuously improving based on customer feedback.

Cons

Configuration of the system by Admin should be more user friendly. I see potential for improvement there.

My experience with Cuvama was extremely positive. Implementation was smooth and the software itself is extremely user friendly. There is some set up involved, but the team was very hands on in supporting me. Software aside, the team at Cuvama is built entirely of thought leaders in the value selling space who care deeply about getting it right and making it as easy as possible to incorporate into your processes.

Pros

The flow of data entry fits perfectly into a typical sales process. It encourages reps to start talking value sooner, and was great for self-service (ie. companies without a team of supporting value consultants).

Cons

I would have liked more in-app adjustment features. Specifically, it would be great to be able to adjust calculations or create new on the spot.

Pros

I enjoyed using the Cuvama as an interactive tool to collaborate with potential clients on their strengths and weaknesses within their supply chain processes.

Cons

At times the overall value estimate and ROI did not seem to be accurate.

Very supportive, responsive, we're looking forward to increasing the use of the tool

Pros

It helps to drive a structured approach to identifying customer problems, the cost and priority of these problems. It has a great deal of flexibility to accommodate customer specific challenges. The ability to use customer specific narrative is very powerful when presenting the final value case. Integration to SFDC was very easy and straight forward

Cons

The link to ppt. needed work but the team at Cuvama corrected this during the role out

Pros

I really liked the customer support we've received throughout our project. The team not only helped with the implementation, but also supported us to set up the right questions, KPIs, challenges, etc. The platform itself is easy to use, once it's ready. Also the graphics are simple enough yet impactful to be shown in a client meeting.

Cons

I believe the set-up/changes via excel is too cumbersome. Again, customer service helped a lot with that, but this also meant we had to rely on them to make small changes. I recommend investing more resources here so that it's easy for the client to make changes within the tool itself.
