El servicio y atención es lo que más disfruto. Todo software es bueno siempre cuando hay un gran equipo de tras, a un lado que saca adelante sí o sí lo que necesita la organización.

Pros

Lo que más me gusta es que es un producto de manera iterativa e incremental. La voz de uno como cliente es tomada en cuenta para mejorarlo.

Cons

Lo que creo que puede mejorar para mi es el boton para mover de fase a los candidatos. Estaría padre que fuera más interactivo (tipo drag drop kanban). La verdad solo es un plus como siempre habrán.

Llevamos poco tiempo trabajando con Axelerate y aún somos una empresa de pocos empleados, esperamos ir creciendo junto con Axelerate para facilitar nuestro reclutamiento y poder armar una gran equipo con su ayuda.

Pros

Permite buscar con facilidad y características específicas a los perfiles adecuados para cubrir una vacante.

Cons

Por lo pronto no hemos tenido problema con la plataforma, pueden existir algunos errores mínimos de navegación pero no han afectado la experiencia.

Axelerate ha hecho el proceso reclutamiento muy fácil, es una plataforma que es muy intuitivo y es solución integral para todo el ciclo de vida de la atracción de talento. Como reclutador, Axelerate ha demostrado ser muy útil para llenar vacantes difíciles, así como el equipo ha sido excelente en el servicio al cliente y en la rapidez en apoyarnos.

Pros

El servicio de apoyo con reclutamiento no solo te permite el acceso a la plataforma y funcionalidades, pero funciona como una mano adicional para el apoyo en sourcing. Es un servicio excelente para las empresas cortas en staff de reclutamiento o con picos elevados de atraccion de talento temporales.

Cons

Es un poco confuso todavia el poder tener una lista de candidatos que esten en el pipeline con una mayor visibilidad de donde estan en el proceso; yo agregaria un tablero estilo kanban para poder tener una mayor visualizacion grafica.

Pros

El software es económico y para empresas chicas te ayuda a tener una área en donde acomodar perfiles y hacer seguimiento. Pero al momento de necesitar apoyo es ran fácil como cambiar un botón y listo.

Cons

Siento que esto va a crecer con el tiempo pero más facilidad para abrir y cerrar posiciones
