"With Warehouse 15, we automated key warehouse processes: receiving, inventory, and shipping. At first, we used it on smartphones to scan barcodes, but after six months, we switched to mobile computers. This simplified the scanning of small barcodes, such as IMEI numbers, which are often found on our products. The acceptance process has been sped up: now a warehouse worker opens the acceptance document in Warehouse 15, which is automatically synchronized with ODOO Inventory. The application displays a list of products and their serial numbers, and when scanning each barcode, the system suggests the correct storage location. This is convenient, since customers often return products to the warehouse, and in this way they can be returned to their original location, ensuring order in the warehouse. Another example that eliminated confusion: the same product model can be declared for different owners as its own unique nomenclature. But it is physically impossible to distinguish them by the box, since they are the same. And Odoo requires specifying the nomenclature in the documents. Previously, this process required control from the manager. Now Warehouse 15 has allowed us to automate this process and avoid errors: upon receipt, the owner of the device is identified and entered into ODOO, and upon shipment, filtering occurs by serial number. In addition, Warehouse 15 checks the validity of serial numbers. Overall, Warehouse 15 has significantly optimized our warehouse operations, making them faster and more accurate."

Pros

"The biggest advantage of Warehouse 15 for us was the automation of inventory management. We work with goods (smartphones) from different suppliers and sell them through several channels, so multiple deliveries and reliable storage required an accurate accounting system to avoid confusion in orders and send them without errors. Warehouse 15 solved our problems. With its help: 1. now we work with serial numbers / batches / IMEI by barcodes, 2. implemented address storage for quick access to balances and shipments 3. implemented barcode scanning to simplify and speed up the product tracking process. Moreover, data on scanned goods from mobile computers is automatically sent to the ODU Inventory accounting system. Thus, we eliminated human error and increased the speed of warehouse operations. We previously used the ODOO Barcodes app built into ODOO Inventory for mobile devices, but it did not meet our expectations: the receiving and shipping processes remained laborious and slow, and the app lacked error protection."

Cons

"The initial setup of Warehouse 15 took a little longer than expected. Since our business model includes many suppliers and customers, we had to adapt the system to our business processes. And to understand all the flexibility of the system, we had to study the instructions."

Before Warehouse 15, we struggled with inventory discrepancies and manual labeling errors. As the company grew, manual accounting became inefficient. QuickBooks, which we used for financial management and accounting, did not provide visibility into production and logistics workflows, creating gaps that impacted accuracy and efficiency. All of these inefficient processes slowed us down as we scaled. Warehouse 15 closed this gap in our business processes. Now, every step of production is automated and tracked in real time. For example, upon arrival, each bag of green coffee is labeled with detailed information including origin, variety, harvest date, and a QR code for tracking. Warehouse 15 seamlessly integrates this data with QuickBooks, so we can see accurate inventory data from the start. Or: on the shipping side, we can now see the actual coffee stock, ship it from the warehouse, and Blacksmith Coffee Company customers and managers are notified when orders are shipped. With manual accounting, it could happen that coffee was sent to the supplier on paper, but in fact remained in the warehouse. Now we have gotten rid of these errors.

Pros

With Warehouse 15, we have been able to digitize the entire coffee production process, from green beans to roasting, packaging and delivery to customers, thereby reducing waste. We now have the ability to view inventory in real time at all stages of production, while automatic labeling and seamless integration with QuickBooks have helped eliminate manual accounting errors. Additionally, using mobile terminals and portable printers, roasters update coffee weights in real time, accounting for evaporation losses during roasting. Adjustments are made as needed, and batch numbers are tracked for full traceability. All this allows us to maintain the high quality standards that are so important in the Specialty Coffee industry.

Cons

The initial setup required a lot of adjustments. Since we have unique processes, such as tracking green coffee beans and roasting, it took us time to adjust the system to our business processes. Without the Cleverence team, we would have had a long time to set up this process on our own.

Overall, our experience has been positive. In just over three months, Warehouse15 has helped us significantly reduce inventory losses and improve order accuracy. While the setup took longer than anticipated, the benefits in terms of improved efficiency and fewer errors have made it well worth the effort. Customer complaints and penalties due to shipping mistakes are down, and we now have much better control over our stock.

Pros

The real-time inventory tracking and serial number management have been the biggest advantages for us. These features drastically improved our ability to locate products and reduced shipping errors. We now have better visibility into stock levels and can avoid costly mistakes.

Cons

The initial implementation process was more time-consuming than expected, and our team needed extra training to fully adapt to the system.
