Oltre ad avere tutto ciò di cui un creator o divulgatore ha bisogno, per fruire i propri prodotti digitali, Esmerise ha anche una assistenza clienti davvero ottima. Non da meno è la possibilità di attivare la fatturazione automatica che si adatta perfettamente al sistema fiscale italiano (cosa che altre piattaforme straniere spesso non fanno). Sono davvero felice per la scelta, anche e soprattutto perché i miei studenti finalmente hanno tutto ciò di cui hanno bisogno per studiare ☺️ Cons Fin’ora nulla da dire, se proprio vogliamo proprio cercare “il pelo nell’uovo” posso dire che ci sono dei bug raramente, ma risolvibili in brevissimo tempo. Ho potuto caricare i contenuti in modo ordinato e in breve tempo, creare un prodotto e realizzare una pagina di vendita personalizzata. Cercavo una piattaforma semplice da usare, ma che allo stesso tempo risultasse piacevole per i corsisti e avesse integrate varie funzioni, e penso proprio che Esmerise abbia fatto un buon lavoro. Pros Esmerise è di facile utilizzo, è molto semplice imparare a utilizzarlo. Rispetto ad altre piattaforme, questa semplicità d'uso è sicuramente un grande vantaggio per chi intende utilizzarla di frequente per il proprio lavoro. Esteticamente è piacevole, i contenuti risultano ordinati. La creazione di una pagina di vendita è una funzione davvero molto utile. Il forum è un ottimo spazio d'interazione. L'assistenza clienti è velocissima ed efficace. Cons C'è qualche piccolo bug da sistemare. Per i contenuti testuali sarebbe molto utile avere qualche funzionalità in più, ad esempio la possibilità di giustificare il testo e di scegliere la dimensione dei caratteri.
