Pros

Magic was super easy to set up. I was looking for a platform to help increase reviews and overall awareness for my burger truck. I am super busy with a day time job and my burger truck is my side hustle so I really needed to save time and Magic did exactly that.

Magic really understands the need of small businesses. Their team helped us a lot with onboarding and giving up local insights into how we can better utilise the software to grow our business more. I am still in directly contact with our account executive \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] every week. Super helpful.

Pros

The software REALLY works. We were able to triple our reviews after the first month. The best part is how easy it is to use. Most of the work is done for you with templates so you just have to connect current reviews sites and you are ready to go. Being able to contact customers via SMS is another big plus. Response rates are much higher and faster.

Cons

So far, not many complaints. Our team has found it very easy to use and definitely worth the value.

Reputation.com was harder to use and more expensive. Their customer support team were slow in replying and lacked the messaging and SMS features that we really needed.

Overall, my experience with Magic has been great. The platform is user-friendly and the customer support team is always quick to respond and helpful in addressing any issues or questions I have. Pros

I like how easy it was to manage my online reputation with Magic. The Reviews product is especially helpful, allowing me to quickly respond to reviews and stay on top of my customer feedback. The text marketing feature has also been a great tool for me to engage with my customers in a more personalised way helping us to increase campaign revenues by 60% vs the same period last year when we were just using email marketing!

Cons

None so far. My team absolutely love Magic. Now they have more time to spend on other value added activities rather than just spending their time checking the multi platforms that we have a presence on!

Reason for choosing Magic

I ultimately chose Magic because of its focus on local businesses and its affordable pricing. While other platforms offered similar features, Magic's intuitive interface and personalised support made it the best fit for my small business needs.

Lack of man power to manage the different social and review platforms.

Pros

Reviews and Team Inbox helps our small team to allocate our time to buyers efficiently. Now we don't have to login to multiple platforms everyday to check for and respond to messages.

Cons

None at the moment. We love it for the amount of time we have been using it. The support has been great too!

Pros

To begin with, their sales team is a pleasure to work with and they are extremely helpful during the discovery phase. The onboarding process was also seamless with the Magic team. As we started using the platform, we required assistance every now and then and the fantastic customer service and support team was able to respond quickly. This is crucial for us as we continue to use the platform.

Cons

Having a mobile app version of the platform would be helpful, although it's not a requirement.
