### "Not Robust and More Complicated than It Should Be"

Pros

Alliance is very affordable. That's the only pro in my opinion.

Cons

The software is more complicated than it has to be. Customer service will email you directions if you have a question, but they rarely go in and remedy the issue themselves.

Pros

As an accountant running payroll for clients using Alliance HCM's platform, I have found the willingness of the Alliance team to work with me on imports, reports, and general support extremely impressive and refreshing.

Cons

I need to put more time into creating a viable payroll journal entry export. Current one available does not meet my criteria.
