Very happy with the level of service and the features that they provide, they are continuing to expand and progress further so we are able to grow together as a business and POS provide.

Pros

They have grown with us as a business, and have helped develop reports and features that help us. The back office and POS is very easy to use.

Cons

The 24hr support can be an issue, but there support over 9am-10pm is good but it is the later nights where it can suffer. Some issues with discounts and offers but overall very good.

Generally a good working system that has been customised for our requirements. Has improved considerably over time in use.

Pros

Easy to use customised systems. Continually updating to improve performance and reporting. Quick response in resolving issues.

Cons

Poor reports that had to be rewritten to our requirements. Being forced to use Viva for credit card payments.

Pros

Seamless integrations with third party providers. Customised integrations with card payment platforms which were requested by us. Live data and useful reports easily accessed online. Sleek layout and very user-friendly which aided immensely in staff training during the changeover.

Cons

Customer data could not be transferred from our previous system to the BossIt system. This was made clear to us from the beginning so we had time to prepare and inform staff.

The Boss IT teams are super helpful and the system is the dashboard of our full business. Sales, inventory and reporting all managed simply in one place. The KDS and Kitchen printers work seamlessly making our kitchen as efficient as possible.

Pros

The ease of configuration during set up and simple operation for our staff is fantastic. The support staff are always responsive and available for additional support when required.

Cons

Some additional reports would be useful.
