Been smooth and soothing, their team are fast when it comes to solving issues, and if an error occurs, it gets attended to in minutes

Pros

The ease of service they provide and fast customer complaints team who replies technically within 30m of complaints

Cons

Nothing for now, except for their service charge which is kinda on the high side but considering the services we get in return I say it's still okay

### "My Lendsqr Experience "

It’s actually my first time seeing a platform that centers on just lending and borrowing. It was a good experience, I tested it with 500 Nigerian currency, to see how a user can log into my web and borrow from there. The terms were just as it is when borrowing from a physical building like the Lapo , or osusu, as Nigerians would have it. I already felt welcomed into the platform from the very first call I got. I would really say the experience wasn’t so bad but it took a lot of test running, to really find my way through the application.

Pros

A couple of features on lendsqr real stood out for me. Likes of ; 1. The custom AI feature; Aside the very explicit links to getting the necessary help on how to use your app, you still provided AI who sounds very relatable, to contact and explain how to navigate the app and start loaning. So I got a call from the AI who offered to walk me through the process 2. The custom web app ; Enabling lenders to have their own personal website where their users can access to get a loan, is very useful and a good feature. One can even test run it and it has a custom domain as well. It helps send the idea of authentication and security from the lender’s view to the users view. The user is rest assured that the lender has its own application and is secured by a loan management party (lendsqr).

Cons

The features of logging in again after being inactive for few minutes, seems unnecessary, it can be an option for users to add to their account settings if they wish, like that of two factor authentication. Also, why not make the app so easy so as to avoid the constant offer of having to help users understand it. Lenders are within the age rage of 35-50 in this current age. They wouldn’t want to use an application that’s stressful to navigate through. So the part where your staffs are reaching out to help me understand the app, can be avoided if you think your application is easy going.

Good but not the best. It took time to get to know the software. But I know a little bit about it. My loan cycle took time to finish.

Pros

Credit decisioning and underwriting credit results. Sending approval emails to borrowers and declined notices.

Cons

Price to become license and availability. The price to launch loan products is very expensive. Also is not available in the United States.
